IMO, she is evil!!!! Even IF he threatened her or whatever she SHOULD have driven straight to.the police station.

She gets ZERO sympathy from me and her live deserves to be hell from here on out.

Jmo
ITA. No way to surgar coat her actions,or her character.
Kelsey could still be alive today if not for KK.
She sure was quick to assist PF, but did Zero on behalf of Kelsey. Zero.
Baby K is now motherless no thanks to KK,and PF.
I bet she would still be hiding if not for that 'false ping' leading to her door.
She wouldn't plea unless forced to.
MOO.

Her clothing was concealing so I couldn't tell if she was pregnant in any of the videos.

Wow. All along in my mind I had thought PF had made up some wild story to persuade her to toss the phone for him. That she herself was probably clueless about the murder until after the fact and then she connected the dots and perhaps called police herself. Gee was I wrong! Hard to believe she knew the whole deal and went along with it. And what if he did threaten her? Then she should have said, “ OK Baby I’ll do that for you” and driven straight to the nearest police station with that phone in hand. Unbelievable. So very sad. So very cold.

Colorado law provides for KK to be under a "Summons," and therefore was never under arrest for this case.

The Summons was previously released in the court docs at Colorado Judicial Branch website.

ETA: Woodland Park PD required KK to present herself for fingerprinting and photograph, and she complied. KK's photograph by WPPD has been released to the media.

Well, no real suprises here. Now we wait for Feb 19 and hope the evidence isn't suppressed further. Obviously Dan May thinks it will be released. Then we can find out what else KL was involved in that she could have been charged for but wasn't as part of the plea.

I am suprised that PF's legal team was in the gallery. They would have her statements as part of disclosure and it would be more than what she delivered in the courtroom.
Could be SOP or perhaps they were wanting to witness KK in action first hand, but I can't help but think it intimidated KK knowing that. Hah!

Which respectfully is what I would expect you to say. Just pointing out that we know maybe 1% of what we would need to know to make an accurate judgment of her real character. We don’t know what kind of threat he made to her life, or how credible that threat was, given the circumstances. Had he done something in the past to make her think that his threat was extremely serious? Did he create some kind of scenario where she reasonably felt trapped?

Or maybe none of that applies. Maybe she truly is horrible. Maybe she slept with him after knowing the murder occurred and was excited by it. Maybe she was glad he did what he did. I don’t know. Neither do you. Respectfully JMHO but I refuse to brand someone evil and hope and pray that two more children lose a mother, based on so little real information.
This women had chance after chance, day after day, week after week to speak up and do the right thing. As did her friend and lawyers. She choose not to and it is not because she was terrified for her life. There is a special place for people like this.

Did I hear a date of Nov 22? It was so hard to hear. Thanks
All court rooms have terrible sound, I'm thinking the reason is the type of microphone they use. I believe a uni directional mic pics up sound spoken/sang directly in the mic and doesn't pick up background noise. They probably use cheap omni directional mics which will pick up every noise in the room.
