LE says they arrived at 11:54 to JC.
Some confusion on when the female bond/friend person showed up, then she left, then she came back.
@enelram, she was apparently there about 15-20 min before and its unclear if she is the one that called in to LE to do the check (she arrived, left and then returned). She was supposedly cooperating with LE but Foley didn't confirm anything about her timeline and involvement in what we saw play out at 4Jx today IMO.

Anyone else think Mrs. Farber is paying for this medical care? I feel like if this was a normal person they wouldn't have gone to this length. If I was her I'd be doing everything I could to keep him alive to stand trial.

No, I don’t think she is. If she starts there will be no end per his family. Let his family and Greek money bags pay for him.

i believe his bond will be revoked.

"Hartford Crime Center Expands City Surveillance"

A little bit long video, but worth it I think. A Hartford Detective explains just how modern and Cam wired Hartford is. Video is a year and a half before the crime.

MOO FD would have gotten away with the murder in late 2013, before these cams were being used.
School bus cams added in New Canaan in 2014.
Hartford started limited cams in 2014 but has been expanding aggressively ever since.

If FD will be incompetent, unable to defend himself, both MT and KM may find this most advantageous in their trials.
Both could state, FD forced them (providing reasons) and their parts were minor in the planning/murder/clean up involving Jennifer.
MOO.

I want to take a moment to acknowledge the work doctors, nurses, hospital personnel, EMTs, and paramedics do every day. Without judgment, without pause. It gives ME comfort to know, should I need it, or those I love, and even those I don't, we will get all-in emergency medical care, no matter who we are.

While FD gets extraordinary medical care, it's just especially sad that he never learned how to care....

I have to say it again: LE and emergency-response people have such hard jobs to do and they do it again and again. I’m just sick and sorry that Fd didn’t realize earlier what his actions would lead to: terrible horror for all. Of course my thoughts are for Jennifer, the kids, GF, and all those who loved Jennifer. My gosh. MOO.

Yes, it is hard on all medical, Fire, LE, EMT, Dr, nurses....so retired Fire/EMT said it’s hard losing a patient or knowing they will not survive. Now, sweet children have to deal with their selfish father. Grandma has a long road ahead. Bless all of them

The only worse condition he could be in at this point would be dead. Seriously, absolutely no love lost for FD but the man is in very poor shape. I don't know all the details (length of CO exposure etc) but with CO poisoning, your cells don't get enough oxygen so while he may not look "that bad" in his photos, none of his organs - like his brain, heart, kidneys - are functioning properly. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is the standard of care treatment.
Like drowning variables but mainly massive brain damage.

I'd like to know more about the woman's visit to FD's house this morning. If I understand it correctly, she went to the house and then left? So I would assume she didn't know he was in the garage at that time? Otherwise, you'd think she would stay and call 9-11. But she left and then came back? With LE? Anyone have the timeline and details of all that?

Does carbon monoxide have an odor? Would she smell it near the garage? I would assume if she were looking for him, she would check if his car was there?

(Not suggesting she did anything wrong - just curious about the timeline.)

WFSB/News 3 had reporters at FD residence since mid-morning in anticipation of FD headed to court for his emergency noon bond hearing which was not due to any violation by FD but at the request of his Surety which was questioning the collateral pledged for his $6mil bail.

Right or wrong -- WFSB/3 also had drones in the air before they had any idea that FD attempted suicide. Per reporters outside his residence - they kept expecting FD to depart for court while other reporters at the courthouse were tweeting that FD still had not arrived while his attorney was present and waiting for his client.

Reporters outside residence reported seeing a woman about 11:15 AM believed to be indemnitor/ representative for his surety bond arrive at his home, depart, and return again shortly before police arrived at the residence. (Indemnitor likely concerned FD jumped bail).

Around 11:50 pm Farmington Police arrived to perform wellness check when he had not arrived at court. Farmington police viewed FD inside his car in the garage and appeared in medical distress.

WFSB/3 drone footage was briefly shown live stream that recorded LE opening garage doors and FD on the ground outside the garage (backside of the house) and multiple officers surrounding FD vigorously performing CPR for about 15 minutes before FD was lifted to a stretcher and loaded inside UCONN Fire Dept Ambulance. (WFSB/3 has since pulled drone footage showing FD on the ground before LE erected tarp/tents to shield him).

Police advised reporters on the scene that they were unable to revive FD and media began reporting FD deceased per the State and Farmington police. Ambulance left the scene (without any siren) escorted by state police.

There was no evidence or reports that coroner was ever on the scene.

I believe it is most likely the protocol to take the deceased to UCONN Medical for official death pronouncement. Although emergency responders can announce a death at the scene, nearly all states require death pronounced by a coroner/ME or authorized MD personnel (pursuant to state statute).

While FD in transport to UCONN and reports broadcasting FD's death via suicide by carbon monoxide poisoning, Norm Patis (in DC for another client) also issued condolence to his client's family. Moments later NP announced that FD had a faint pulse!!

UCONN Medical refusing to make a statement but reports are FD is being airlifted via Lifestar to either Bridgeport or Jacobi Medical Center (Bronx) for hyperbaric chamber (i.e., treat carbon monoxide).

All MOO via live stream coverage.

ETA: Police remain at FD residence collecting evidence as the home is considered a crime scene because suicide is investigated as a crime. This is not unique to FD -- it's standard procedure per Farmington/State police investigators.

WFSB Hartford on Livestream

ETA2: Confirming the unidentified woman did not go to the back of the house (where garages located) until she returned a second time and when police were on the scene.

Someone on house arrest, on bond, who attempts suicide should certainly have bond revoked. No question about that. If he survives, he will be in jail or in hospital until he can go to jail. No more “house arrest” as he is a threat to himself.

I wonder if he had a Do Not Resuscitate statement/order put in place recently, and how that would impact his medical treatment/reviving him due to it being a suicide attempt.

This is ethical dilemma territory... This is good article regarding this situation:

I believe this is A crime scene now. No one in until search warrants are signed and LE goes through the house. They will go through even better because this is related to murder of Jennifer. His family should not be there now. I would think Grandmas lawyers would be on top of this since FD no longer is able to reside in the house.

time will tell

I hope you are right-let his family get and pay for hotel rooms, if they want to be here

Yep, and the Eighth Circle of Hell
Doesn't sound like he is conscious or ever will be again. Already descended to hell.
Doesn't sound like he is conscious or ever will be again. Already descended to hell.

Even the Ninth Circle of Dante's Hell wouldn't be low enough, so they're going to have to excavate a new and more fiery Tenth Circle of Hell for the motherkilling Dulos.

and I wonder if he still has on his ankle bracelet?
I just remembered there's no metal allowed within the hyperbaric chamber, it could cause a
spark and then fire.
We had a horse using a chamber here in Ocala
and the caretakers did not remove the shoes as
is standard procedure, the horse spooked from the high pressure and got unruly, the shoes made a spark on the floor and the whole chamber exploded in fire. Two girls who
were in the chamber with the horse died on the scene and a third who was just outside was badly burned.
