I just watched it the other day and I was impressed. I liked when Mari Gilbert says something along the lines of, "If ten bodies were discovered in my neighborhood I would be horrified" she basically asks why is the gated community not outraged or scared but upset that people are trespassing. It's a good question. I think the movie gave a better sense of the area. It didn't seem like a place people would be okay with putting trash out on the wrong day let alone disposing of bodies. Was their never an odor? Did parties really not attract attention of the neighbors? What was going on there?

The level of corruption,and cover ups among LE,and office Holders etal is extremely suspicious to say the least. Birds of a feather. I think it's a ring of pervs, who go beyond kink,and the everyday swingers club. I believe Shannan wasn't wrong when she made the 911 call saying they were trying to kill her. But since she was a sex worker it was easy to marginalize her,and make her look crazy. MOO

If she had been wrong or tripping she would have been the only body found in that area or she would have gotten home when she sobered up. She fled for her life it and sounds like she made it farther than most girls did. Until the bodies were found so many families didn't know if their daughters were alive or dead.
How did the neighbors who seemed annoyed that people would hold vigils on their property not notice parties that had girls driven in at night. even when people marginalize sex workers they don't want them in their neighborhood. they don't want pimps or boyfriends showing up. You wonder how many people were in the perve ring and how many ignored murders going on?

I've been binge reading and apologize if I missed these answers but I'll try to talk this out

So she was at JB's house. Wouldn't leave, then fled calling 911 saying someone was trying to kill her.
She was last seen making contact with Hackett, though, after banging on several doors.
Hackett is a suspect, JB is a suspect.

But she was scared before she ended up at Hacketts.

...was Hackett at the party of JB's? Do we know? He surely is suspect but whoever scared her happened before she was last seen with Hackett. It only makes sense to me if she'd run into Hackett prior.

JB and Hackett involved together/ covering for one another?

Thoughts?

Letters from CPH claiming he was asked to call SG's mom in the days following her disappearance, at the request of AD.

I don't understand why he would want CPH to call her mother, though, if he didn't even see Shannan that morning she disappeared. Doesn't make sense, IMO.

Was just listening to LISK podcast. Q&A episode, April 22. At about 24 mins in, they state the initials match someone who allegedly lived with JB and allegedly ran a prostitution ring out of his home.
 
I was wondering the same thing. Also have you seen the Water Street Butcher Documentary? Do you think it's possible that because he got away this could be his work? He switched up his way of killing to throw off the cops and LISK victims were found to have been killed differently. Also why haven't they done the Genealogy DNA to find out who this killer is?

That was referring to the initials HM who was reportedly JB's mistress, who lived at his home address for some time and ran prostitutes out of there. Report is that cellphones used in the prostitution business were registered to JB's home address under a bogus first name yet retained JB's real last name. Weird, huh?

JB reportedly testified at HM's divorce from her husband and then HM reportedly testified on JB's behalf when he was in court for "deprivation of civil rights and conspiracy to commit obstruction of justice." Scratch my back, I'll scratch yours...or...cover my @$$, I'll cover yours? Regardless, it placed JB intimately (no pun intended) in the world of prostitution/escort work.

Forensic geneology was used to match remains from Manorville to remains off Ocean Parkway. They used the DNA to find realtives who ultimately were able to identify VM as the victim.

There is an assumption that 'now with much of the old guard out of LE administration and the DA's office' and the re-engagement of the FBI for technical assistance, forensic geneology is still being utilized.

A couple things to keep in mind. First, NYS prohibited the use of forensic geneology until rather recently (I can't recall the date but it can be Googled. And second, in order for forensic geneology to work, there needs to be a viable sample of DNA from the crime scene AND relatives need to have wither provided DNA in their ancestry searches or family members were required to provide DNA by the Court related to criminal activity. Absent either viable crime scene DNA or ancestral DNA records, this technique/tool is a dead end.

CONSIDER:

There has always been a suspicicion that LE could very well be involved in some manner with these deceased individuals. Regardless of the validity of this theory, it is significant and widespread, and curent LE and prosecution must acknowledge and deal with it. The public, especially the guilty and co-conspirators, demands transparency. That transparency would calm the public yet alert the guilty and possibly jeopardize any prosecution.

Reluctance to reveal progress and knowledge of specific details and direction of the investigation(s) brings Suffolk County LE and prosecution under suspicion of coverup. But if the investigation is being "led' below the radar byt the Fed's, Suffolk County can use that as legitimate rationale as to why Suffolk County has little to say and is not pursuing the real investigation thus they have/had little they could report.

Current LE/prosecution is presently "damned if they do" AND "damned if they don't". Only time will tell.
 
READ LISK. This is my profiling of LISK. I hope that *advertiser censored* sees this too. He had female issues at a young age. His mother was a prostitute he probably found out he was a product of his mother being a hooker. He has SEVERE o.c.d. Also has some sort of erectile issues. Well educated. Law enforcement or military background or both. No father figure in his life. Something tigger's him to act with violence which i think is his erectile issue he can not perform when given the opportunity so he gets sexual satisfaction from the murder itself. He has been married but divorced now his spouse probably took everything from him. He has a higher murder count then what is believed. He self medicates with alcohol and a stimulant coke or meth. He owes a boat. And owns some properties on long island but they are vacation homes. He rents one or 2 out during summer months. This is his secondary source of income. It also helps cover up his crimes with tons of unexplainable dna in this houses. He may have a sister or female figure that he was close to other then his mother that died before killing spree happened. He was sexually abused by a female too
