Just curious what becomes of the property where the bodies were burned and buried. Do they keep it blocked off and retained as evidence for a great while? Are they still looking for evidence there, or are they done?

I recall the property owned by Francisco so how they handle the seizure may not be very clean and tidy.

When FR was first arrested last December in Pueblo, he was very chatty with the investigator and I believe it was written in the affidavit that FR alleged he owned property in Sanford or Los Sauces area -- I can't recall from memory now.

Nonetheless -- seems FR has since changed his story from the owner of the property to "rent to own" -- if this is the same property!

In November, two peoples' bodies were found at a property Ramirez was renting-to-own at 19086 County Road 27 in Sanford, Colorado, according to a federal criminal complaint. The property is more than 130 driving miles southwest of Pueblo.

Another body was found at an adjacent property in the Los Sauces area of Conejos County, investigators said.

The remains were in such bad condition that authorities said they had to bring in a forensic odontologist to help identify them. Two of the bodies have been identified as Martinez and Shayla Hammel, and the third set of remains have not been identified.

Probably because the only official identifications made in the San Luis Valley human remains investigation include Martinez and Hammel, according to the CBI..

This makes me sick that they are having to rely on corroborated details from third parties to charge Psycho for his evil deeds because only two have been identified by scientific evidence.

Adre Baroz, AKA Psycho, is facing new charges in connection with the investigation involving human remains located in the San Luis Valley area and missing persons cases in late 2020.

The Colorado Bureau of Investigation shared details on the new charges filed by the 12th Judicial District Attorney’s Office on Monday. The new charges include first-degree murder, tampering with deceased human remains, and first-degree assault. The charges are related to the murder of 31-year-old Korina Arroyo of Monte Vista.

ALAMOSA — The Alamosa Police Department took a report of a possible missing person on September 3, 2020. The person in question is Selena Esquibel a 19 year old female who is believed to be residing within the city limits of Alamosa, CO.

Korina was missing since August 2020.

Given that only two remains (Martinez and Hammel) have officially been identified, I'm afraid there's no body here or official recovery date. I think the charging date will be the date investigators had sufficient corroborating evidence that Korina was one of Adre Baroz or Psycho's victims.

The cause of her death has been determined to be a pistol shot. Other charges filed against Baroz involved intimidation of a witness & tampering with a deceased human body between 8/30 & 11/6/20. Affidavits say Adre Baroz sent a man identified as Dustin McDermott, 24, to get rid of Martinez's car after his murder & take his girlfriend, Hammel, to Lasauses. It's believed Hammel & Adre Baroz had a sexual relationship for two days. The SOI told investigators Adre Baroz said he was going to kill Hammel.
1/18/21 Update: Baroz faces two new charges of first-degree murder & two additional charges of tampering with remains of a deceased human in connection to the deaths of Martinez & Shayla Hammel, 34, of Saguache. Authorities identified the second set of human remains as Hammel in late December.
CO – Xavier Zeven Garcia (24) (last seen Oct. 16, 2020, from Saguache; reported missing Oct. 22, 2020) – Adre “Psycho” Jordan Baroz (26) charged (3/8/21) with 1st degree murder & tampering with deceased human remains. Alamosa County no #yet as of 5/3/21.
3/8/21 Update: The 12th Judicial District Attorney’s Office announced that Baroz faces additional charges of murder in the 1st degree & Tampering with Deceased human remains related to the murder of Garcia.

Julius Baroz formally charged 1st degree murder & tampering with deceased human remains after three sets of remains were found in Conejos County last year & being held on a $250K bond. A 2-day preliminary hearing is scheduled for 3/29/21 & 3/30/21.

*CJ Walter Dominguez (27) was arrested & charged (1/18/21) with accessory to 1st degree murder, 2nd degree kidnapping & tampering with deceased human remains. Held at the Alamosa County Jail on $100K bond.
On Dec. 31, an investigator spoke with a person who witnessed the murder, according to the affidavit. The witness said Adre Baroz stabbed & shot Martinez, and that Julius Baroz, known as “Gato,” held Martinez down as his throat was slit.
1/18/21 Update: Dominguez: Appearance on arrest Warrant, Hearing on probation on 2 cases on 1/20/21. 1/20/21 Update: Next Return Filing of Charges hearing on 2/2/21 @ 9:30am. Dominguez is being held on suspicion of tampering with deceased human remains accessory to 1st degree murder & 2nd degree kidnapping. He is being held in the Alamosa County Detention Center under a $100K bond. Murder: Next Hearing on Advisement on 2/10/21 @ 9am. Probation: Hearing on probation on 4/8/21 @ 10:15am.

Wow. Looking at that local PD page, it’s amazing the amount of heroin and meth they are finding for a town of less than 10,000 people.
It’s so sad to see so many beautiful places to live become a living hell because of drugs and crime.
