Mawhinney (54/now 55) arrested & charged (1/7/20) & arraigned (2/20/20) with conspiracy to commit murder. Plead not guilty. Held on $2M bond. Bond reduced (10/7/20) to $246K. Bond posted (10/19/20).

*Charged (1/21/19) spousal sexual assault, disorderly conduct & 2nd degree unlawful restraint & on June 26, 2019 with violating of a protective order. Plead not guilty. $500 bond for each count.
*Divorce case - 11/6/20: Uncontested dissolution of divorce granted.
If bond made – on house arrest, surrender passport & no contact with co-defendants. Dulos’ former civil lawyer who represented Dulos against a $2.5 million civil lawsuit filed by his mother-in-law.

*Michelle C. Tronconis (44/now 46) – Case #021178T, #0167364T & #0148553T: hearing set for 5/25/21.
*Fotis Dulos (52) – Committed suicide on 1/28/20 & declared dead at 5:32pm on 1/30/20. 3/3/20: Charges dismissed. The case against Dulos will be officially dismissed in about a year, unless the state decides to reopen it.

One objects to the state’s request that Schoenhorn not be allowed to release discovery to the media.

Another asks the state to again compel the prosecution he turn over all evidence to the defense and be sanctioned if it doesn’t.

A third wants the court the reconsider denying the defense team a copy of a sealed custody report from the Dulos divorce case.

And Schoenhorn's "proof"?-- during questioning, MT denied it thrice. Gee, that's compelling. Since she was so truthful and forthcoming during those inteviews.

I have little sympathy for her. And by 'little' I mean less than that. Her fingerprints are all over this case.

While she whines about her ankle monitor.

He says nothing showed that the hearing was sealed, but I think all family court cases are filed under seal, at least when they involve minor children. A few yrs ago there was a brouhaha when Norm Pattis didn't file a complaint under seal in a divorce case. A couple of blogs picked it up for discussion (I suspect NP himself might've sent a copy to a blog named Corruptct back then).

It is CLEAR to me that this report, by an obviously biased hired gun, is only meant as a punishment for Gloria Farber and the children, because they persist in wanting MT tried and convicted on conspiracy to commit murder charges. Just like prior to Jennifer’s murder, she (GF) refused to walk away from the huge amount of money that FD owed her. This was money that was supporting MT and her daughter, because neither MT nor FD chose to actually work for a living. I believe that one of the reasons FD killed Jennifer, with the assistance of MT and KM, was to hurt GF. And that was also always going to be the goal of FD’s lawyer, and now MT’s. JS wants to keep yapping about that report, hoping that at least one of 12 jurors will be too curious about it to convict her. It seems likely that all 12 will say “who cares”, when it comes to that report, which was sealed for at least one good reason. And this is also why he isn’t going to get the court transcripts of this court proceeding.

Oh, yes, I see. Grasping at straws, and I’m not a lawyer so am asking those here who are about that draft psychological report: can they use fruit from a poisoned tree—stolen? And a draft? And I want to see a psych report on MT—; THAT would be illuminating, I am SURE! MOO.

I just looked at a link on it and am appalled even more! JS says rich people “shouldn’t get special privileges”…does anyone think MT and her family are poor? Does anyone other than MT apologists think MT sashaying around all over the country with an ankle monitor while others charged with lesser crimes sit and sit in jail isn’t special privilege?! And it is a red herring anyway. MOO! And last but not least: MT is alive and braying; JFD is dead and her kids don’t even have her remains. Who is privileged? I’m disgusted yet again! MOO.

Thank you for these insights, @Jmoose! I am more convinced than ever based on the actions of MT herself and the words from MT and her present attorney (not the previous one, which is notable in my view since he by all accounts was a smart, experienced attorney with integrity and actual knowledge for following the legal process—and thus it seems no accident that he’s been replaced by JS, the antithesis of that) that MT and her merry band of apologists think that, “Well, since JFD is dead and can’t be brought back to life and MT’s hopes of getting MORE of JFD’s money to indulge her every whim have been dashed, everyone just needs to say, ‘Oh, well,’ and move along so that MT can continue with her (self-centered, hedonistic) lifestyle.” Yeah, well, NO. There needs to be JUSTICE for JFD. It’s tragic enough that JFD is dead but the idea of no justice for her is unthinkable. MOO.
