I saw it. JS said MT was charged with conspiracy to commit murder, but didn't mention the destruction of evidence charges. Says he requested materials from the fed grand jury investigation. If feds brought charges against Fotis, he could've been facing a death penalty?

I hadn't heard of any federal charges. IMO feds could investigate the kidnapping + murder, as well as money-related issues, like source of funds for attorney retainers. JS says his investigation discovered fed grand jury on FD happened. Grand jury proceedings usually not public, I thought. Though maybe a lawyer representing someone involved can get it.
