Okay, bear with me here. So there are so many things being thrown out on here about this case. What if it turned out to be something much more simple. What if her disappearance had nothing to do with, her ex, her work, or her simply taking off. What if she was in the alley for a reason? What if she was there to pick up something? Her ex said she was antsy at the ballgame and left early. Why would you go to a random alley behind an apartment, that seems might have some issues, to walk your dog? Her being there is just odd IMO. So was she there for a specific reason and that pickup went bad? Again just throwing this out there as a possibililty. No assumptions, no accusations.
Yes, Occam's Razor applies. And Occam's Razor has rarely let me down.

That said, if something happened in the alley, I can't explain how her dog would have ended up on the 28th floor - or 29th, as there are contradictory statements - without making too many assumptions.

Although, if someone met her in the alley and escorted her into the building, we may have a simple enough scenario.

Where’s Heidi?
Add or correct me if I’m wrong, since we’re fixating on Hope and Flower, aka The Building. What scenario/s might be most plausible?
Remember, we nor anybody in the public realm has actually corroborated the alleged Ally Video.
But-
We got a jumble of stories about the labradoodle Seven’s appearance in big fancy high security and surveilled special key fob Building.
We have even heard that he was on 2 different floors.
Here’s some possible Scenarios we have been pondering for 12 days over and over in the absence of facts or coherency.
We have no idea what disguise she may have been wearing. But she is only 5’3” so that helps in surveillance. I assume most people access The Building through the garage, transfer in lobby to upper floors.

A. Happy, tail wagging doggie and Heidi march in through the intense security lobby alone or accompanied and get in elevator. Heidi then either abandons Seven when she leaves as she gets in the elevator or he is released because she can’t take him or she is not leaving. Seven is left out on the floor to wander. That is either an accident or a big mistake.
B. Someone else marches in and takes Seven up into a tower- we still don’t know which one and there are 600 units in the 2 buildings. He was either released somewhere on a floor or he was taken up to the. 28th or 29th floor by whoever found him outside.
Was he clean and collared when discovered or found?
C. Holly and Seven are stashed in a suitcase and rolled through the lobby and taken upstairs.
D. Heidi and Seven go in The Building through a back service elevator, evading intense security. She leaves the same way.
E. They were never at The Building, whichever of the two it is.
F. Heidi was carjacked or kidnapped and Seven jumped out in the process and some nice people took him home.
I also wonder how trash is handled at Hope+Flowers. We know there are trash chutes on every floor. So does the conveyance system empty directly into a large trash compactor?
I found this - Permit and Inspection Report
https://www.permitla.org/ipars/list_permit.cfm? but no real answer yet.
This is great! Can you find anything on the garages and Service or Delivery elevators? Move in move out procedures might be interesting.

"F. Heidi was carjacked or kidnapped and Seven jumped out in the process and some nice people took him home."

I am leaning towards^^^ F.

I know, I know, someone said the good samaritans said they found him in the hallway. But I am not convinced that is fully credible info. Not sure if they ever said that , nor sure that they wouldn't have said it, even if they had found him outside, just to cover themselves, for taking the pup home.

It doesn't make sense that, IF she was harmed or abducted by someone in the building, that they would release her dog in the building. JMO

College education isn’t the only path to success anymore. Many of the world’s biggest companies are no longer requiring college degrees for some positions in their companies and some of the richest people in the world never graduated college. Your skills, experience, resourcefulness and drive can be enough to land you in the same position as a college educated person. We have multiple people in our company that make six figures with no college education.
All of that is true. But it still niggles at me that she has her name on a lot of LLC's, showing her home address, starting as far back as early 2000's. So in her 20's, she somehow had enough financial experience and book keeping skills to be comptroller in a dozen various LLC's involving securities, real estate development and other financial businesses?

Here is one of many:
GULFSTREAM CAPITAL, LLC :: California (US) :: OpenCorporates

Can you say what you are thinking? Or message me…LOL
Precisely because she is inexperienced and not formally trained as a Comptroller or CFO, maybe? The "Oh, she's not gonna catch onto anything. I just tell her what's right and what's wrong, and what to do, and that's the end of it." MOO Just a thought. Not fact, of course.

I think Jurisprudence is thinking along the same lines. She was possibly being paid handsomely for following instructions without asking too many pesky questions. JMO

If we believe sources close to the investigation as stated in the CBSLOCAL clip (1:45 "a source close to the investigation has footage of Heidi and the dog walking the alley behind the apartment complex"), Heidi was seen with her dog at the alley by the apartment complex that day.
Going by that footage, we can exclude that she wasn't at the apartment building.

She was also seen previously at the building when a friend picked her up from there so it's not random and she was there before otherwise she wouldn't randomly drive downtown to take her dog for a walk in a random alley. She either had direct access to the building or knows someone in the building. For all we know she could have rented a place there. Walking the dog in the alley makes it seems like a doggy break, she was doing something previously around the area for her to be at that alley, otherwise the dog could have gone somewhere before she got there.

The question is, seeing as most apartment building have an indoor/outdoor dog park (can anyone confirm?), why didn't she take him there if she indeed rents there? Thus it makes me think she was waiting for someone or she smokes/was on the phone and didn't want to be in the dog park

I wonder if LE has taken notice in the security footage of any large boxes being delivered or removed from H and F in those three days before she was reported missing and tracked them down. She could have left that way but it may have been to difficult for her dog to be with her due to barking etc.
But, where was/is her car?

I'm thinking she loved UB40, the UK musical band. XO means love and kisses.
UB40 wrote “Until My Dying Day” for a James Bond film, though it ended up being passed up on. They also have another song with “James Bond” in the lyrics. She clearly has an affinity for James Bond, so I wouldn’t be surprised if she were a fan of the band.

The lyrics to “Until My Dying Day” are… appropriate to say the least. MOO.

Mom thought on the tag - could it be related to BW football? U8 league, #40? Obviously he wouldn’t have been in that league forever, but possibly was in the league when she got the tag.

Just throwing an option into the hat.

After everything we have learned about her business dealings, and everything that makes me give a side eye in the direction of the ex, if this were to turn out to be a drug deal gone bad, I would give up my amateur sleuthing license, and take a permanent seat on the clueless bench. Hell, I might even get a plaque for it with my name on it. Having said that, what is to say you may not be right? We may not be able to see the forest for the trees. JMO

Today, that's my theory.

And the raid on her house? That would have been an opportunistic move by the feds, only related to her because she might have documents that have reportedly been hard to locate.

Save a seat for me on that bench, please.

The friend claims she picked her up there once but doesn’t know why. Which is…strange to me. Wouldn’t you ask why and what’s up (in a friendly way?). I’m not totally sold on this.

And yes, there is an outdoor dog run inside the building. It’s listed as one of the amenities. So far we have no evidence that she actually went inside. The dog was found inside.

A thought on her renting an apartment there. That would also be really easy for police to figure out. It feels like it would be really hard to rent a luxury apartment with decent security, managed by a big company, under a different name/with cash/etc. If this is true, I believe LE would surely know by now and are keeping everything close to the vest for some reason.

That theory is really not that out there. Often, one of the duties of a personal assistant to the JS's of the world is to make the arrangements for "entertainment" and "refreshments" for business clients or associates arriving in the upcoming week. If those associates were arriving Sunday night there would be pressure to have those amenities arranged and in place by Sunday afternoon. It could just be one more detail for Heidi to have been antsy about that day. And she probably would not have arranged the meetings to be at her home (her son lives there, too). Enter the H+F. jmo
