The system should update after the holidays!! I heard from A Texas official that they have Warrants, APB’s & are Fugitives AGAIN!!!

Doesn't his account say- he later returned, the scene had been cleaned up, and he was told it was all taken care of? So Charles did not fearfully flee to Utah right away. He later returned to the home at some point, and I assume the three hatched their next steps. They got rid of the car, which was later found in NY State, and split the sheets.

We've heard Charles' account, now I want to hear how the other two will portray the events.

@AzaleaPA are you concerned at all about NM being out on bond? I must say I'm SHOCKED that even happened. Ankle bracelet or not, I'm afraid she will flee again!!!

They had all this time to plan an escape.
I’m Not Afraid of NM… the devil can’t dwell in Gods Grace… Texas is sooo overwhelmed with criminals that I’m just afraid “They” get away with this… also NM was paying into CB overdue child support $1,000 weekly! CB was trying to get custody of his daughter for NM who was childless & trying to get pregnant at 48 yrs old(by Her husband Son(her Stepson) ughhhh, she bilked the marital assets to be able to afford to do all this. In 28 years of marriage she was only gainfully employed the last 8 years of Bills life & she was divorcing him. Bill was 33 years her senior… he supported her entirely till his convenient death.
She went to Columbia University & Law School (9 years of college) Bill helped pay for!! What a waste of a person

I'm so sorry this happened to your family. Not surprised they absconded, I shook my head when the court allowed bond. The writing was on the wall with those two.

ankle monitors arent really that reliable anyways. if you want to see where a certain person is you can but it doesnt really ALERT you unless youre looking. case in point: steven gordon and franc cano in orange co. ca. they were both prohibited from hanging around other RSO's yet they were together all the time.
