Friday, October 7th:
*Sentencing Hearing (@ 8:30am PT) – CA – Noah McIntosh (8) (last seen about Feb. 24, 2019, died about Mar. 3 or 4, reported missing Mar. 12, 2019, Corona; not found yet) – *Jillian Marie Godfrey (36/now 40) “mother” arrested (3/13/19), charged (3/15/19) & arraigned (4/15/19) with felony willful child cruelty (endangerment). Plead not guilty. $500K bond.
Godfrey says 3/2/19 is the last time she saw Noah. 11 yr. old daughter in CPS custody.
Godfrey plead guilty (12/19/19) & was released from custody (10/15/20) on own recognizance. Will be sentenced on 10/7/22.

Guessing they will sentence her today & cancelled the one for Saturday? LOL! I love these court sites that don't give you too much info.

I hope they make her serve some time and not just probation!
I can't imagine leaving my child (or anyone else for that matter) while they are being abused!
And I hope she has zero access ever to her daughter!

WHAT??!! April, 2023!! I guess she has to testify again McIntosh & she must have made a plea deal to do that - I am guessing of course.

ITA, she is as guilty as bio dad IMO. If she had called 911 or gotten poor Noah out of there, he'd likely be alive today. Blatant disregard for the welfare of her child and it infuriates me.

This was horrendous what was done to this boy, he had grandparents that loved and wanted him. If ever a death penalty case this should of been it. Both egg and sperm donor deserve the same abuse torture and death Noah suffered . At least Noah is no longer suffering no child should ever go threw this jmoo

Almost FOUR YEARS later and we're still waiting on this sperm donor to get to trial. It makes me sick and I want to know where is sweet Noah?????

This boy needs to be found and laid to rest properly. Goodness knows he was treated like trash by the bio parents, he doesn't deserve to remain discarded like trash.

Ughh I hope this sperm donor gets sentenced to death I wish Godfrey was getting the do there's no way she didn't know what was being done to Noah it didn't need to happen Noah lived a good life with the grandparents. This case gave me nightmares still does when I think about what was done to Noah it makes me so angry and disgusted in people, jmoo let this trial start already then let these two into general population jmvoo

it always seems to be when a parent gets them back from a caring relative. gabriel fernandez, anthony avalos, the list goes on and on
