Evidence Removed from Anthony Home-Official Crime Scene

Wasn't there a cell phone that was missing?Maybe they found it at the crime scene. *shrug*

I would hope that they grabbed the large broom from the garage like most of us keep there for sweeping the garage and the driveway. I doubt that KC would sweep up after doing whatever she did, but you can bet your bottom dollar that CA did. The broom could hold some hair, soil and other things. Sorry folks, I didn't sleep well either, and am on my first cup of coffee. Like another poster said, I kept hearing "You are My Sunshine" running through my head. How very sweet and how very sad........

I wondered the same thing about the cell phone...She told Lee it "may have fallen out of her bag" didn't she? Anyone still have the phone convo with LA while KC was in jail? That would be interesting to go back through and listen to.

One of the items LE took from the house was a small pillow. Perhaps matching a pillow in the bag with the remains? We can only speculate at this point but something in that bag tied back to the A home.

Hmmm. Maybe feathers? I have a feather pillow and every now and then some of the small downy feathers work their way out of the pillow ticking. It will be so interesting to see what forensics they gather from the home and from the scene.

A pillow used to smother Caylee? That would be a reason to throw it in the bag with the body. Or towels used after pulling a drowned child from the pool?

If you watch the videos posted it looks like a regular vacuum, a shop vac, a larger size carpet steam cleaner and then the spot bot. I own all of these. When you have pets and children you need the steam cleaners. I imagine they are looking for fibers to show that body was definitely in that trunk and she cleaned it out at home when she backed into the driveway. To show that she just didn't suddenly loose all sense of sanity and accidentally killed her child. You just don't go cleaning out your trunk of body fluids and making sure there are no hairs, then go rent a movie from blockbuster with your boytoy.

i get what you're saying, we have a 9yr old and 3 dogs (a husky and 2 german shepherds) and we have ONE vacuum...our main problem is hair not stains as our dogs go to the bathroom outside.
4 vacuums just seems odd to me, the shop vac makes sense but a a steam cleaner and a spot remover..they're either clean freaks or i am slob

i wonder when that spot bot was purchased?

Yes, she did say that, I don't have a link handy, I just have a terribly good memory.

Here is the complete entry regarding what's going on at the A's tonight

Media doesn’t see it yet, but I do. From the side of the house you can see investigators in the anthony backyard. They are on the side of the house where the tool shed is located. The same tool shed George told Greta that Casey stole his fuel cans from. I now see flashes in the backyard. It appears they are taking photos back there.

Remember when GA and CA appeared on Greta and were seemingly (at least to me) so nervous about that tool shed!

I posted about how they had shovels in there and once Casey got into the shed she'd have full reign over their tools.

Exactly, SuziQ. There was something there that caused them to think it was definately Caylee and they needed to get back in that house, IMHO. We won't know what it is yet, tho, because it is probably something that only her killer will know or would recognize as having been with or on her so they will hold that card close to their vests for now. I only hope that it is definitive and links back directly to KC. And for what it's worth, the more I hear those jailhouse visits, it really does seem as tho she was trying to lead them "in code" to where she was, but I don't think it was so that she could be found and laid to rest. I think she wanted them to move her so she couldn't be found. They just didn't read "the code" correctly, MOO.

I have always doubted Georges story about seeing Caylee on the 16th. He was SO descriptive of the clothing she was wearing. I'm curious as to IF maybe they did find clothing and it didn't match Georges description. Imagine if the clothing matched the same clothes as the June 15th video? THAT would make them run to the house, imo.

All speculation, but we'll see.

It really sounds like this is over. As I have said, KC is lazy, was lazy, and now will always be lazy. Maybe after keeping her daughters body in the car for so long it finally got so bad that she had to give up a day or two of partying. Upon finally dealing with the stench in her car, she realized bugs and maggots feasting in her trunk. She goes to the A's, backs her vehicle in and has to figure out how to clean and dispose of the body. She sprays pesticides in the bags and in her trunk.

I would not be surprised if LE has a list of missing tools from GA. I also would not be surprised if they were found yesterday at the scene of the body.

I do believe that will be the story too, LAZY.

It really sounds like this is over. .
Snipped
This chapter of the case is over , Thank GOd that precious Caylee can have the proper burial that she so rightfully deserves even though she shouldn't be having one at all.

The hard part has just begun, and what I mean by that is waiting for this to go to trial and watch her monster mother brought to Justice.

Every time I hear Caylee sing "You are MY Sunshine" I cry. My husband watched the clip on NG last night where Caylee sang that song and I asked him "Isn't she cute?" He said, "Yeah, she is cute, but all little kids are cute."
Grrrrrrr. I know he's right, but still!

I'm thinking more along the lines of chloroform on the pillow. IF there was truly duct tape around the skull I'm wondering if the chloroform-soaked pillow could have been taped to the poor baby's head.

EVIDENTURY ITEMS removed overnight from the A's house -

Vacuum Cleaner
A Pillow
2 Large Boxes full of "unknown items"

FINALLY! A vacuum cleaner. I hope they also were able to obtain any car vacs or whatever they use in the garage to suck up debris.

This may have been discussed before but I sure hope, or hope they already did, do a search of Tony's apartment also. Isn't that where she slept that night? Check his garbage bags too. And duct tape if he has any. Not that he is involved but she may have gotten things from his apartment.

I am sure they are looking also on credit card statements for purchase of duct tape or trashbags also.

I think they're looking for:

1) duct tape
2) garbage bags
3) fibers
4) animal hairs
5) soil
6) sand

I can't imagine someone wouldn't have cleaned out anything they thought could possibly be evidence, but I hope they didn't think of duct tape. I've never been able to tear a piece of that stuff without getting it all over myself! The garbage bags? Maybe all used by now, but I really hope they go to the garbage bag lady and get the one she took from the driveway. Fibers and/or animal hairs could be on the duct tape. Soil? That'll still be there. Sand? Same thing.

THAT'S IT!!!!!!!!!! I have dogs...anytime I use tape, no matter how hard I try, I end up with dog hair on the tape!
Hence...obvious evidence in bag (LE saw the dog hair), also that is why they took the vacuum cleaners!

The pesticide canisters really bother me. Why in the world would she use pesticide? Did she use pesticide to murder her daughter? Because she was a 'pest'? OMG, this whole thing is just even more sickening and horrifying than I could have even imagined and we don't even know 1/16th of the details (at the most) that LE knows. Makes me want to vomit. The thought that she treated that baby and her body with less regard and respect than you would the kitchen trash is just disgusting. I hope LE goes after her so full throttle that she doesn't know what hit her. I pray that the evidence is so strong that there will be no doubt as to what exactly happened and that LE takes all bargaining options away from her so that she has to serve the maximum sentence allowed by law (sorry, I don't support the DP and I'd rather see her rot in prison while being tortured by big bertha for the rest of her life anyway)

So the Anthonys were wary about talking about the shed. It has been said that LE was interested in the shed last night, photographing it? So, something about the shed might be important and a link between the "absolutely something" found in or with the bag.

Not a shovel, wouldn't go in the bag. Other garden tools -- I don't see a use for them. Gasoline can, I doubt it but ?

What about a small tarp?

Or a small storage container?

Either of which could have been one of a pair or more of the same, kept in the shed.

Hmmm, wonder if anyone grabbed a roll of duct tape yesterday and stuffed it in their pants or shirt? Just a silly thought I know.

Bern, it sounds like you repair things and/or stop up holes in walls the way I do. The miracle of duct tape, lol! (I've already used 4 large rolls in an apartment I just moved into in August, ha!)

I can't put my finger on the mallory/A house deal. She was taking care of the pets. She alledgedly screamed into the garage in her car minutes prior to the LE showing up....and took a "while" to come to the door as they banged on it.

At this point I can't put stock into it. I can't see her tampering with evidence. Anything the LE needed couldnt be flushed or destroyed prior to them arriving. I cannot see how she would have advance notice of the body being found UNLESS she just by sheer luck saw it. The LE escorted her out..she couldn't have smuggled anything with her. I'm not aware of them searching her...but of all the "A" team players, she seems wise beyond her years and wouldn't risk being charged with doing something stupid as she is pregnant. LE tightened that place down real fast.

So what is up with that whole thing???
