in all fairness, it was on his parent's property, maybe they asked him to remove it. if he took a memorial that was left near the woods where the remains were found, THEN he would have no right to remove it.
Sorry late getting to this thread, so this may have already been cleared up.
I just viewed the video on Orlando Fox local station site and the memorial was not on the Anthonys property, it was on the the right of way strip between the sidewalk and the road. AND I can't be certain but this almost looks like it was the portion of right-of-way that was not in front on their home but at the neighbors or either right where the two properties meet.
Can't believe LA would do this... but then again I can't believe so many things that have been done by this family.
