This would be what Joel would hope to avoid with his client in jail and being supervised.
It never ceases to amaze me that these attorneys proclaim their clients' innocence loudly, even in the face of overwhelming evidence of guilt. I know that everyone has a right to legal defense by law, but the actions of some of these attorneys - Brodsy and Baez, specifically- go beyond what is a right into just plain arrogance, IMHO.
