The lady on Nancy Grace (don't know her name) said she thinks the last witness is the guy who authenticated the sex tape. She said they were given 7 tapes. I hope we don't have to listen to any more sex talk. I don't think she is absolutely sure this is the last witness. Any idea why he might be recalled if this is true?

Jodie recorded these tapes without Travis knowledge. She is the epitome of evil. I cannot believe. How all this is playing out. The defence chummie with laviola and last week we seen her approach nurmi for a hug. It's all about her gratitude to them for the big paycheck.

I think he's just going to authenticate the shooting range video. That's what they want to leave the jury with. Him firing that gun.

Problem: My husband and I LOVE that video! It totally has the same effect as the sex tape. It humanizes Travis Alexander. Now, they won't just have heard his voice. They will have seen him alive. :twocents:

Hi, new here.:seeya: I appreciate all the informative posts. I think Jodie wrote her journals while in jail and backdated them, as others have said. Since she had Travis's paswword to his email. I think she was signed in as him as well as herself. She would write an email to herself from him, then go to her email to receive it and respond. Once through, she deleted them from his email acct and he never knew they had occured.

I too feel Jean C. switches sides depending on which show she is representing.

I will be Soooooo thankful when ALV is off the stand, she has given me a headache today!

I guess I would have thought that, once she had a clue that she had been duped, she would wise up and be willing to consider that JA was the abuser. Her firm hold on defending JA really shocks me. I had expected her to be willing to consider additional information. I think that will be her downfall. Just amazes me.... I think it would have saved her career to be willing to honestly evaluate all information.

I take this to mean the journals she has been writing since she has been in jail. I am so wanting to know if this is why the defense and Jodi have had a few meetings with the judge lately without the defense. Also I thought (at least in FCA's case) the judge couldn't compel the jail staff to do anything outside the courtroom. So many questions!!!!!!!

I can't imagine EITHER side being interested in ANYTHING she's written in journals since arrested because it's clearly established they are FANTASY. They only matter to JA because they are HER reality and no one elses, and don't even have a passing acquaintance to Reality. She lies in her journals. Period. They are of no use to anyone.

I'm not they sure that will come in. It's about a 50/50 for each side IMO. I don't think they'd go to the trouble to authenticate.
I believe the reason the DT may be recalling a computer expert is because last week Juan added one to his rebuttal list.
The DT is going to try to figure out what Juan is going to bring up and beat him to the punch. (good luck with that DT)

About Jodi's dang finger...has a doctor ever x-rayed it?? Can one please x-ray it and get back to us about if it ever was broken? I've had fingers slammed (and bashed) in car doors...never "treated" and I can straighten them just fine.

Gosh I wish JM would have asked her, for example, "Ma'am, you state that whether or not it was via computer or via photos, Travis was viewing pornographic photos of little boys. Were you there?"

Just as she KNOWS Travis kicked JA because JA's finger was broken.
