The real problem with all the tweets though is she's getting the attention she so desperately craves. The sooner she is in Perryville the better, but sentencing etc is going to take a couple of months isn't it?

This all really fits her personality though. All she can do is copy others.

Btw someone has reported JA to Dior and Guess already :floorlaugh:

They need this guy to come in so he can say JM is a bully. Say he bullied him. Two other things, Jodi said she started to date Travis Feb 2007. Travis ex girlfriend Linda said Travis mention in Oct 2006 that he was dating someone name jodi. Said jodi was a liar.Making up stories about her ex. I guess that would be Brewer and I guess she did not want him to know she was cheating on him so she lied about when she starting dating Travis. She screwed Brewer with the mortgage. Another thing would be, why would Travis get a gun and then leave his door unlocked?
 
Other than those two experts who based everything on the word of a liar, the defense didn't put anyone on the stand. No one who ever saw any signs of abuse or bruises..
 
Does anyone know what kind of witness Dr. Geffner is going to testify as? There are different standards regarding being an "Expert" i.e. objective, impartial etc. Or is he going to be more like a character witness?

May not make any difference, just thinking this is where ALV and RS both got into so much trouble, not evaluating but actually biased 'treating' Jodi.

It'll be fun watching him spend more time defending ALV than the defendant!! "Jodi?? Jodi who?!?"

Has Geffner even interviewed the killer? If so, I think it had to be in the past couple of days. Seems kind of bogus, imo. Any 'tests' he tries to give her now, after all of the recent testimony--will be invalid because she already knows all of the questions and how they are scored and assessed.

There is no way he can diagnose her with PTSD now. All he can do is TRY and invalidate Dr. DeMarte's findings. But I don't think the jury is going to like him very much.

What burns me about ALV declaring TA was abusive was based (almost) solely on the May 26th text when TA was furious and we don't know WHY. If Jodi was threatening to expose him to the church he had every right to be.

As far as the names he called her; *advertiser censored*, 3 holed, wanted to tie her up (they had done that AT LEAST twice) these are all consistent with a 'pornographic' relationship, and are not indications he didn't treat Jodi well, THIS IS the way people in pornographic relationships talk (I think?!).

If you remove Jodi's lies ALV based almost everything on 1 or 2 text msg. She should be ashamed now for crying on the shoulder of Geffner that it's Martinez fault she's lost her credibility.

BBM: Wait just a minute! Didn't Jodi tell Det. Flores that Travis didn't lock his doors because of the Law of Attraction? (Locking doors would invite burglars.) Then why would Travis have a gun? Wouldn't that invite killers? :what:

I think we can expect to hear "3 hole wonder" a whole lot during closing arguments. EYEROLL. Being angry and as a result of that saying mean things does not equal being abusive. Anyways. What we won't hear will be incidents of physical abuse that made Jodi so afraid for her life that murdering TA was the only option.

IIRC they did start dating in Oct '06, she was baptized in Nov '06 but they didn't become 'official' until Feb '07.

Heaven knows I can't keep all this straight so...!!
