I suspect these young ladies were very intoxicated. And that was what the Defense was aiming at when they were lining DM up to testify at the Preliminary Hearing. The prosecution then elected to jump to a grand jury indictment to avoid the PH.

Things like this will go a long way to negating the defense arguments that LM was treated unfairly in his "perp-walk". The media coverage has been pretty friendly to him and the protesters outside the court are pro-defense.

The POI taken into custody has been released. It would be interesting to know what it was the put them on to him in the first place. But I also note that while he was released, I haven't heard LE say that he has been "cleared."

I don't think you understand what "due process" means. In regards to the arrest, do you not think that the government has probable cause to arrest and hold LM at this point? We are not talking about conviction beyond a reasonable doubt, but just probable cause to arrest.
