Yeah I think that might be the ladies husband I mentioned earlier. She said it has been so hard knowing what might have happened to that child there....and to think she may still be there somewhere. She has to look out her window and see the yard and home and it's devastating her emotionally...

Yes!! The responsibility is on the parents to enroll their children for the new school year IF they move into a new district. IMO with rentals there is really no way for new schools to know who is and isn't coming into their district. I do know that had she been enrolled at Viewmont the school...
