Tuesday, January 8th:
*Pretrial Hearing (@ 2pm CT) – TX – Debra Sue Reiding (18) (Jan. 22, 1979, Austin) – *Michael Anthony Galvan (64/25 @ time of crime) arrested & charged (5/25/18) & indicted (5/30/18) with 1 count of murder & 1 count of capital murder. $750K bond. Was a co-worker of Debra’s.
7/10/18 Update: Motion for reduction of bond denied; defense can renew motion to reduce bond later.
7/16/18 Update: Hearing for today, 8/27.
10/1/18 Update: Pretrial set for 1/8/19 & 4/1/19. Trial starts 6/3/19.

Any updates on this case? Was wondering if there will be a hearing between now & April, or if April 1st IS the next hearing.

It shows a pre-trial hearing on 1/23/19 and 4/1/19. Jury trial on 6/3/19

4/1/19 Update: Next pretrial hearing on 5/28. Trial has been rescheduled to start 9/9.
 
@MicheleT - is there a hearing today? I know that trial was supposed to start today, but was wondering if they will just have a hearing?
