Thank god he’s getting tired of her chit , but I wonder what’s going to happen since no reply from state hospital ,hopefully it’s proceed to trial and delays are done . I’m tired of the evil witch jmoo
I can't believe even the court would just say "oh well, they didn't call back. Forget it, let's go!" I'd think that could be reversible error. Somehow she's got to be given the opportunity to have another eval done And I'd think it is valid to ask that it be in guarded hospital setting vs a jail.

I know it seems like she's being allowed to "get away" with stuff but I think she gets the eval.

Now trying to refuse to come to court .. That's different. She can be dragged there. I don't blame the judge at all.

If she's left alone for one minute with cords....

Who can monitor her every single second to make sure she can't harm anyone else, herself included?

I don't have a good feeling about this.

Ughhhh there’s no way they can trust her to behave with her attempted escapes , that evil being can’t be trusted jmoo

Just boo flipping hoo for her maybe she should of thought of the consequences for killing Gannon . Jmoo , she just makes me so angry and so very sad about what Gannon had to endure jmoo
Yes, a sad little peek into Gannon's suffering thanks to that nasty, selfish woman. Can an EEG capture the emptiness inside Leticia?

Many thanks and hugs to y'all for today's updates! And pass the toilet paper...

During the Aug. 25 hearing, prosecutors raised concern that CMHIP might refuse to hold Stauch while an outside professional conducts her next evaluation. Werner said Stauch’s attorneys would have to work personally with the hospital to reach an agreement, and scheduled them to update the court on the hospital’s decision on Thursday.

But CMHIP has not responded to the defense’s multiple phone calls and attempts to get its help, said Josh Tolini, one of Stauch’s attorneys.

Though Tolini offered the El Paso County jail or Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo as alternative locations able to house Stauch during the evaluation, Werner said he was not ready to order the evaluation until he had more information on how the EEG monitor would “impact potential diagnosis” as well as the chances that the device would yield a “definitive” sanity result.

He also said he wanted more input from law enforcement officers on what their “security and safety concerns are” for Stauch and those around her during the evaluation.

Stauch faces a second case in which she is accused of attempting to escape from the El Paso County jail in May 2020. She also apparently tried to resist appearing in court Thursday, delaying the hearing by nearly an hour.

So LS refused to go to court without her toilet paper?

I'm recalling when LS was being interviewed at EPCSO and she was stuffing kleenex in her pant pockets before being taken to the hospital where she ultimately snuck out and called her daughter to collect her.

I'll be happy to send her a roll of Charmin and she can keep it on top of the defense table. Problem solved, next....

Sneaking out, breaking loose, attacking deputies, trying to crawl through winds...yada yada....she can't be trusted.

I hope that the jailers are not indulging in mistreatment of the person (deliberately withholding toilet paper?) that is probably the most despicable person currently awaiting trial. I understand the temptation, but they need to treat LS firmly but humanely. The line dividing the scum and functional society needs to be a wide gap, IMO.

If TP is being withheld from TS, we can be pretty sure she herself misused it.

Or did worse, on purpose. In a bid to avoid court.

The hour was probably a very necessary shower.

She is incredibly devious and as such cannot be trusted. She has proven why she cannot be trusted on several occasions.

This additional sanity examination using an EEG sounds like hocus pocus to me but I could be wrong.

Who is this out of state specialist they want to have assess LS?

MOO

These are the doctors I have on my notes. There was another one, but now I can't find his name.

8/11/22: People's Notice of endorsement of witnesses (Dr. B. Thomas Gray, Dr. Loandra Torres & Dr. Naoko Hashimoto).

Don't know if any of them are out of state though.
