She looks to be in her (late) 40s, but in a fleeting sighting from a distance, it'd be easy to mistake age IMO.

Definitely not that age profile, but always a possibility that Mr. Chapman was not 100% correct on his age estimate. Even I get people's ages wrong when making estimates IMOO
