It was the official tracker that police used. He said something like, there being other stories he could talk about, but not now.

The fact that police haven’t spoken to any neighbours near the property Dezi was found on (with the exception of the owners brother)...

Someone close to Dezi was seen in a vehicle, on traffic cameras, heading from Porepunkah to visit Dezi at the property at Thologolong...

The owner has been gone since around Christmas. And the owner has been spoken to so we know he’s still living.
