Found Deceased Australia - Karen Ristevski, 47, Melbourne, Vic, 29 June 2016 - #17 *Arrest*

This is not surprising, we all predicted it will be around 10 years max, if you follow other cases you know this is expected. Take a look at that cardinal child rapist, sentencing is supposed to be deterrent I wonder what would have happened had he called cops that morning and told them it was...

Found Deceased Australia - Karen Ristevski, 47, Melbourne, Vic, 29 June 2016 - #17 *Arrest*

So when was Karen murdered? The day after his wife's death, he told police that she had been missing since she left the house between 10–11:00am the previous day. "That was all lies," Mr Kissane told the court. "[Borce Ristevski] had killed her 24 hours beforehand." Is this what police...

Found Deceased Australia - Karen Ristevski, 47, Melbourne, Vic, 29 June 2016 - #17 *Arrest*

That is what I find baffling, how can police be so confident to rule SR out as a suspect if they could not determine exact time of death? The whole thing could have happened before she left to school and BR's job was to take care of the body. IMO there is NO way for LE to know whether its BR...

Found Deceased Australia - Karen Ristevski, 47, Melbourne, Vic, 29 June 2016 - #17 *Arrest*

What about the fact that he tried to hide the body by dumping it in bushes+deliberately lying for so long? Did police charge him for that or he only gets sentenced for manslaughter as a part of deal

Found Deceased Australia - Karen Ristevski, 47, Melbourne, Vic, 29 June 2016 - #17 *Arrest*

What else can explain SRs truly unconditional love towards her dad who killed her mum Her 'glowing reference' fits right into the theory It is not like she could not have done it in the morning then she went to school while BR takes care of body, I believe it was an accidental death, most...

Found Deceased Australia - Karen Ristevski, 47, Melbourne, Vic, 29 June 2016 - #17 *Arrest*

Does it mean BR is not obliged to tell us how he did it and we will never know what really happened ? Will cops release their version of how they think it happened I am not surpised by SR's letter, she must have been the most naive and manipulated girl that ever lived . From day 1 she was...

Found Deceased Australia - Karen Ristevski, 47, Melbourne, Vic, 29 June 2016 - #17 *Arrest*

AR is taking credit for BR's confession Son claims his relationship with stepmother was behind guilty plea "I am responsible for this, I gave him an ultimatum,” Mr Rickard told news.com.au in a phone call this morning. “I told him; ‘If you don’t get up and be a man I’ll go into the (witness)...

Found Deceased Australia - Karen Ristevski, 47, Melbourne, Vic, 29 June 2016 - #17 *Arrest*

Judging on where and the body was disposed this was not planned or premeditated, if this was planned in advance you would think corpse would be buried somewhere never to be found. IMO this was freaky accident as arguing got out of control, BR snapped then panicked , adrenaline rush...

Found Deceased Australia - Karen Ristevski, 47, Melbourne, Vic, 29 June 2016 - #17 *Arrest*

Does BR needs to prove he did it or his admission is good enough? What would have happened in case 3 people came forward (SR, VR and BR) all claiming to be killers in order to confuse and make it virtually impossible for anyone determine beyond reasonable doubt who actually did it?

Found Deceased Australia - Karen Ristevski, 47, Melbourne, Vic, 29 June 2016 - #17 *Arrest*

Imo BR will get about 10 years since he pleaded guilty, Pell got very light sentence considering what he did and jury found him guilty

Found Deceased Australia - Karen Ristevski, 47, Melbourne, Vic, 29 June 2016 - #17 *Arrest*

What will happen to SR, it was obvious from the start that it was all acting and pretending Not a chance she did not know her dad killed her mum I never liked her body language and demeanor, something was off and fake

Found Deceased Australia - Karen Ristevski, 47, Melbourne, Vic, 29 June 2016 - #16 *Arrest*

Going by evidence what is known to us BR could have been one merely assisting (driving to bushes to hide the body), this is gonna be tough one to convict unless some of R's speaks out. Every piece of evidence gathered through listening devices planted in their home should be taken with...

Found Deceased Australia - Karen Ristevski, 47, Melbourne, Vic, 29 June 2016 - #16 *Arrest*

Agree, fabricated casual conversations designed to misdirect and confuse. From day 1 they assumed house was bugged and after that any casual convo cant be taken seriously. I don't buy this, who talks like this 6 months after disappearance KNOWING they are being recorded, its a bit contrived...

Found Deceased Australia - Karen Ristevski, 47, Melbourne, Vic, 29 June 2016 - #16 *Arrest*

This is some high level 4D chess played by R's They must have known house is bugged from the start so this shisha convo could have been staged to misdirect and give SR alibi. SR comes across as silly and naive..at least that is how she acts. she really thinks some crazy stranger snatched her...

Found Deceased Australia - Karen Ristevski, 47, Melbourne, Vic, 29 June 2016 - #16 *Arrest*

..but bankruptcy wipes everything off IMO this wasn't planned murder otherwise BR/VR would have buried the body never to be found I don't get why they drive German cars and live in posh suburb when they have tons of debt, all they had to do was sell Avondale Heights property and buy house in...

Found Deceased Australia - Karen Ristevski, 47, Melbourne, Vic, 29 June 2016 - #16 *Arrest*

R's plan to cover up and muddy up the water is working fine, this creates a big problem if it goes on trial and jury needs to decide whether defendant is guilty or not. If SR cant be ruled out then how can jury find BR guilty? She could have easily done it before she left the house to go to...

Found Deceased Australia - Karen Ristevski, 47, Melbourne, Vic, 29 June 2016 - #16 *Arrest*

I think all of them are bugged/tracked to some degree(phones, internet, house cars..) I have seen VR a few weeks ago, looks paranoid. Its not easy life thinking your every move is being watched, every word recorded...that alone would drive you insane. Everything sensitive and remotely...

Found Deceased Australia - Karen Ristevski, 47, Melbourne, Vic, 29 June 2016 - #16 *Arrest*

Why do we assume it all happened after SR left to school? Does police entertain a possibility it happened while SR was still in the house and maybe she was involved or witnessed it. The problem will be to convince a jury that it was BR and not SR as it could have easily been her even though...

Found Deceased Australia - Karen Ristevski, 47, Melbourne, Vic, 29 June 2016 - #16 *Arrest*

R family are really bad actors, no desire to catch killer, no anger, nothing whatsoever..as if walking out of house and being killed by random killer is normal thing that should be accepted as a fact of life For some reason I get bad vibes from SR, she is either involved in this and maybe dad...
