Found Deceased WY - Gabrielle ‘Gabby’ Petito, 22, Grand Teton National Park, 25 Aug 2021 #73

Based on how quickly the parents lawyered up, it does make you wonder what BL may have confided to them about. Why seek legal advice otherwise? Perhaps this ties into why they carried the items they carried back to LE - instead of leaving the discovery where it was found and calling LE to report...

I’ve never quite understood them taking the mustang from the reserve. I’d rather risk a ticket/tow on the vehicle than to leave him stranded out there- especially with no cell phone.

If LE was aware the parents were going to go out and search, wouldn’t they have directed them NOT to touch any evidence they may come across?

It points the LE finding the personal belongings (I thought the parents found the items) or points to LE finding the remains? I hope the parents didn’t find any remains :(

Interesting how the family was able to direct them to the area he frequented and that is where the remains and his belongings were found. I assume they would have done this to begin with, but perhaps the water levels made a difference?

I think you are right. If they had responded to her parents, it would be on record…especially text messages. I believe they were already advised by someone to button up.

NE NE - Ryan Larsen, 11, with autism, La Vista, 17 May 2021

Respectfully, I don’t think anyone could guarantee he felt safe. It only takes one person to make someone with no disabilities feel unsafe or feel like escaping from somewhere. People with autism process emotions and personal interactions differently and quite uniquely. I know one adult who is...

GUILTY MN - George Floyd, 46, killed in police custody, Minneapolis, 25 May 2020 #20

Sometimes things like this can feel like a blessing and a curse all at once. I hope Darnella is able to use this experience as catalyst to grow into a strong, empathetic woman who will help empower others.

GUILTY MN - George Floyd, 46, died in custody, Minneapolis, 25 May 2020 #19 - Chauvin Jury Deliberations #2

I’ve seen people here saying they need to take to streets with guns to defend the police if he was convicted. :(

Gratitude to this jury. For the horrors they had to see- they were able to serve justice.

If GF’s case would have occurred in my home state, our governor would’ve firmly declared it was the THC that killed him IMO.

George Floyd death / Derek Chauvin trial - Sidebar week 3

Someone with a documented history of violence, drug use and close ties to a local murder tried to enter our house tonight - he was unsuccessful and left when said I was calling the cops and my husband was getting his gun. He did enter our neighbor’s house - just walked right in. The cops...

George Floyd death / Derek Chauvin trial - Sidebar week 3

I believe in the beginning he was panicked, which resulted in resistance. After the restraint was applied, the “resistance” was him struggling to breathe IMO.

George Floyd death / Derek Chauvin trial - Sidebar week 3

When he is struggling to breathe, pushing his face into the ground - the knee is on the back of the neck. Before he loses consciousness, stops breathing and his heart stops-DC’s knee is on the side of the neck (face is turned to the side). This, in addition to the decrease in lung size (due to...

Has anyone experimented with pressing, even slightly on the side of your neck to feel the effect on your airway (excluding the prone position on concrete and additional weight on your back?) . I hope the jurors do.

George Floyd death / Derek Chauvin trial - Sidebar week 3

I’ve seen patients with Covid say “I can’t breathe” when they were breathing. I’ve seen people with anxiety/claustrophobia say “I can’t breathe” when they were breathing. People experiencing an asthma attack, allergic reaction, heart problems. The fact that they were breathing at that time they...
