Yea, I think there was someone involved here with alot of business savvy... wondering who?

Totally agree with your point. A dissatisfied patient is not likely to murder their doctor. They may trash them publically and even threaten sueing them but brutal murder points to passion gone nuclear either over love, money or the green monster.

Maybe there is an unfair agenda at play here... Could it just be because of lifestyle differences? I remembering reading something about a wide range of income/home values in this neighborhood and some neighborly disputes. Perhaps the Sievers had nothing in common with their neighbors and so...

What parent plays on the roof with their kids!! That's crazy! If I saw that I'd be calling social services! Granted I haven't seen a photo of the house showing the roof... Maybe it's a deck with railings and not a sloped roof angle like many homes. In which case I apologize for my alarm. If not...

That is my question also... who is this 4th adult at the Kunz's campground and what were they doing when the child disappeared?

How close to 3 years old is this toddler? When my son was 3 years old, one mintue he was playing in the back yard, next minute he walked a few doors down, stole a tricycle and went on a 1/2 mile adventure. He was fine when I found him an hour later playing with some kids in their front yard. It...

Granted when LS started the the day after the murder, it raised a red flag for many. What was she thinking? Maybe something along the lines of what am I going to do now that Dr. S. is gone. LS's livlihood depended (to what extent is unknow) on the patient referrals Dr. S. brought to the...

I'm leaning away from the "violent lover" theory; she doesn't come off as a person who would engage in an illicit affair. Everything about her life (that we know from the media) spells a life dedicated to service... to her patients, family and community so I can only conclude that she was a...

Agreed.. I don't know how these parents are keeping it together. The worst nightmare is to lose your child. I pray they find him. I'm watching Nancy Grace right now and they're talking kidnapping because they can't find him in the woods or water. Very strange case.

I am a believer in the body's natural, innate ability to heal. I also do not judge the church someone chooses to attend... apparently Dr. Shealy has some cred. "Clyde Norman Shealy, M.D., Ph.D. is an American neurosugeon and a pioneer in pain medicine. He is credited with the invention of...

She advertises it as a service she provides (in her practice) but I guess LS was hired to actually do that type of work. In the same way a chiropractor would hire a massage therapist in his practice.

Well butter my butt and call me a bisquit! I had no idea! I love WS, I learn something new every day! So it seems like "energy medicine" is a pretty broad field at least according to the Eden site (http://www.energymedicinedirectory.com/id16.html) ... one could be a Reiki practitioner or an...

I read somewhere that Dr. S. Was the only medical doctor practicing "energy medicine" in the Naples area ... maybe LS's newsletter. And though I'm very familiar with holistic medicine I've never heard the term "energy medicine" before... Very leading edge stuff.

I think this was a revenge killing and here are two motives: No. 1: Suppose Dr. S. was treating a gravely ill patient whose spouse then blamed her for his loved ones death because he disagreed with the treatment plan; i.e., alternative treatment rather than conventional. Perhaps the angry perp...

I watched this several times also and thought it was wierd. There is no way most people can keep tears from falling when in a highly emotional state. Maybe there is a medical reason that a person wouldn't shed tears when their language is saying otherwise. I don't know. So much about this case...

I'm not feeling that money was the motive in this case at least not robbery of cash at the home, perhaps embezzelment at the office but anyone who knew Dr. S's business would likely rob the office safe and not expect to find huge sums in the home. JMO

Anyone know if there were cars in the garage other than Dr. S's van? I'm thinking a home invasion would be risky not knowing if someone was home and whether the alarm was set or not plus the time of day seems risky to me as well. The perp could have been seen leaving the house at dawn on foot or...
