[h=1]Police release images of Salman Abedi's car which may have been used to store bomb-making material[/h]Officers began guarding the white Nissan Micra outside Devell House in Rusholme Place at about 7am on Friday last week
Counter Terrorism Police have now established he bought the white Nissan on April 13th - two days before flying to Libya.
But on his return he made repeated trips to it between May 18th and May 22nd.
"Abedi left the country on 15 April and it is vital that we understand what happened to this car during these few days between 13th and 15th April.
“We need to know who was in the car and where the car went. You may have seen the car and not realised at the time but it could have stopped at a newsagents or a supermarket – did you see the car and its occupants during these dates?
.We also appeal to anyone who knew Abedi or his close associates to come forward. Did you notice anything suspicious about him or people he associated with. This information could be vital in piecing together what happened
The force issued photos of the car and a red and black holdall and appealed for anyone who recognised either to come forward.
The man handed himself in at North Manchester Police Station on Wednesday night and was arrested on suspicion of terror offences. He is still in custody, police said.
Earlier on Wednesday, another 20-year-old man was arrested after police raided a house in Harpurhey.
Greater Manchester Police has stressed that "significant progress" is being made in their investigation.
Abedi's white car was used to store blue and red plastic barrels, and police are keen to talk to anyone who saw them being moved.
Detective Chief Superintendent Russ Jackson confirmed 29 house searches have been conducted over the past three weeks - and evidence of explosive material has been found at several locations with links to Abedi.
Officers are appealing for information about red and blue barrels which were stored in a Nissan Micra that Abedi had made "repeated trips" to before his attack.
A search is also continuing at a landfill site for a blue suitcase which may contain "crucial evidence" that the 22-year-old discarded after assembling the bomb.
Officers also know that he tried to send money out of the UK in the days leading up to the bombing
Blue and red barrels were stored in a white Nissan Micra used by Abedi
Some of those arrested gave accounts of "innocent contact" with Abedi and police were "satisfied with these explanations".
He added: "We said at the start we had to rapidly understand whether this was an attack committed by an isolated individual or a wider network.
"We have made enormous progress in this and are far more confident on who was not involved and who could still be involved."
Detectives believe he was collecting pre-prepared bomb parts from the car for him to assemble - alone - at his flat
But understanding "whether others knew or were complicit in the storage of materials knowing what was being planned" is "crucial to our work"
The court heard Abedi died of "multiple injuries" when he detonated an improvised explosive device.
"Manchester Arena suicide bomber Salman Abedi did not act alone, police believe.
Abedi detonated a bomb in the foyer of the stadium on May 22, killing 22 people including seven children"

San Fran 49ers...bag appears to be in good condition imo...new? Logo analysis?
[h=1]September 8th, 2016[/h]San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick addressed rumors that he had converted to Islam and denied that his recent protest of the national anthem is influenced by his Muslim girlfriend.
Kaepernick said he has great respect for the Muslim religion, and thinks they are "phenomenal people."
But I think that (rumor of conversion) comes along with peoples fear of this protest, as well as Islamophobia in this country," Kaepernick said. "People are terrified of them to the point where Trump wants to ban all Muslims from coming here, which is ridiculous."
Kaepernick has refused to stand for the national anthem before games, saying he won't do so until there is significant change in the United States
