Different from FCA's mitigation specialist, but IIRC her/ his name is Casey? MS team asked for 10K to pay her/ him at $75. That's about 130 hours plus. (S)he will need way more than 100 hours to find any mitigating factor or maybe only 25 to determine there is absolutely nothing to find. Hmm.

Two hearings today...morning is the estate case re recovering the cremated remains and then a mgt conf hearing this afternoon in the murder case

Dependency hearing tomorrow and Tuesday!!! Hopefully Mary can move to CT and judge throws out adoption request from Mark's brother!!!!!!
These hearings are usually closed because of children, am I right? Praying for Mary and the girls. They do not need to be in Florida as the trial gets closer and starts.
I have not seen anything...I checked the docket and Wink and googled. Whatever happened it is being kept quiet. I pray that means Mary was heard.

It means someone is always there watching every move, no space given. Some parents can be labeled as helicoptering as well. They don't let their children roam freely at all and are involved in their children's lives and their problems in an extreme way.
