7 yes to 5 no on one of the mitigating circumstances. I missed what it was though.

I'm kinda surprised that whole Baker Act thing wasn't a yes.

I'm so happy to hear all the NOs about the neuro stuff/ brain damage blah blah blah.

I would bet that there are members of the jury have had similar/worse childhoods.

Was he a good father while incarcerated I believe it was.

So our two mitigating "YES" votes are for DS's age and that he developed a relationship with his son while incarcerated.
The NOs are really outweighing at this point.

D YES unanimous
E YES unanimous
F YES unanimous

Unanimous death penalty verdict

Justice for Cherish finally. Rest easy now sweetheart

SBHack, I've been gone from posting on WS for a while. I'm glad to see another VERIFIED ATTORNY on board.

If anyone deserved DP it's this awful monster. Does Florida actually execute?

They are individually asking the jurors to confirm they agree with the final verdict. They all confirmed YES.

DS: "Well, alrighty then. I guess we can call it a day."

Acts as if nothing affects him.

DS nodded through the final three juror questions, including the death sentence. He knew it was coming.

I was hoping she was going to talk about counseling being made available to the jurors.
