I think it is disgusting that the defense can ruin people's lives at a whim. It really does seem that everyone involved in this case has so much to lose.
Bottom line, KC stole from Amy and now she is trying to ruin her life for all the felonies she has acquired from it.
Good job HHJP for not allowing yet another manipulation of an innocent victim of KC's!

Didn't they reschedule the trial for Ms. Lyons? Then she flaked, and ended up being a 'no show.'

Thankfully, Amy was excused, and didn't have to lose her job!

How sad to know that the jury is kept from knowing all these behind the scene details. This knowledge might help them understand the fullness of one of Casey's few truthful statements: "Because maybe I'm a spiteful b*tch."

Like Casey hasn't already injured Amy enough? And Jose hasn't lowered the public's opinion of defense attorneys enough? And he continues to find places to lower his morality?

I Am Simply Amazed! (And we're not nearly half way through the trial yet!)

How petty and vindictive of the DT to try to make her stay!

Amy didn't do anything wrong, but they sure are hell bent on trying to punish her for pressing charges against Casey!

This article was the first thing I saw this morning. I've posted the link to the article about the defense serving Amy with a subpoena earlier this week in and effort to keep her in Florida for the purpose of impeaching her testimony. Here's the link to the story.
