I don't know how medical facilities do it, but my husband works for a bank and they keep ever single record regarding employees, according to him, going years and years back.

It's worse for health care companies. There are layers of federal and state laws that mandate they keep and track everything in extremely precise ways. Note the guy they called is called the "Compliance Officer". E-mail alone must be kept for a minimum of 7 years.

well we know they have LKB on HLN so she will let them know we are watching it

Yes. Either her or Janie Weintraub who is clooooooooooose to the defense and JVM likes to say. :loser:

I want to know did anybody else notice when FingerBoy was taken through ICA's door into the holding area, and court concluded IT WAS THE FIRST TIME ICA JUMPED UP OUT OF HER CHAIR and was waiting to be escorted back. IMO she wanted to get back there ASAP to see the cutie new boymeat. So funny when the guard told her to sit down and wait. :floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

I had a chance to read George's suicide not, ugh so sad and heartbreaking. Something was very telling to me. At the end of the letter he says:

Cynthia - I love you.
Lee - I am sorry
Casey -

For ICA just a dash, no words.

Yeah! I love the part where she thinks because she had to regularly change her password that to her in Cindy-land that means no one could access her computer.

That also tells me she NEVER called IT about a computer login problem. If they can reset your password for you, they can get into your computer without your help!!!!! Cindy is truly backwards when it comes to computers.

WFTV is pre-playing CA's testimony. Cracking me up - How she said that her company probably won't have records going back 3 years!

Surprise, Surprise!
:floorlaugh:

She's also going to be surprised when she finds out that she told a bold-faced lie when she said her company didn't have internet access. She thought she covered all her lies with a well placed probably or maybe but not that one. She stated it as fact.

Kind of plays into his whole "I wipe my hands of you" gesture as he left the stand. Doesn't it?

In the end, this fart in blizzard defense strategy may end up working for Casey. I think a jury will weed through some of the extraneous testimony and may try to give her a bit more of the benefit of the doubt, given she hasn't had the stellar representation a case this big should have.

If I have to see this Lifestyle Lift commercial one more time I'm going to put my foot through the tv.

Bill S thinks CA is dangerously close to having actually committed perjury.

My money says the state would never go after the grieving grandmother/mother with a perjury charge for telling lies.

also I don't understand how GA having an affair or her hersay testimony is all over the news...

smells like desperation...no one cares about this woman...she's a <modsnip>...she inserted herself into this case....bottom feeder.

I felt ICA's hatred towards GA... he wouldn't lie for her, afterall...he was supposed to love her enough to go along with this joke and let her come home and have chili and kill the rest of the dogs off..

he's a traitor...he is useless...a big waste of her time...

It's almost as if she's 'disassociated' herself from her family and is willing to sacrifice every single one of them just to keep from going to jail. Her inability to accept any responsibility for the death of Caylee is what brought the state down around her head. She's not going home to eat chili anytime soon. After what she's done to her family, I'd be surprised if she had one to go to if she could.

I noticed that too and read a lot into it

I'm sure there is a good reason, but could someone please explain to me why Tracey wasn't called as a SA witness? Was she a liability for some reason? She had some great info about Casey not caring, Cindy handling everything well and treating Casey with kid gloves, and George being the only one distraught and wanting to find Caylee.
...hard to say which side she stands on. IIRC she sent Casey money...and wasn't she also caught up in the whole RK's ex-wife stuff?

Does anyone have the video of GA leaving the stand yesterday and makeing some kind of gesture towards ICA?

OH WOW I saw that, it looked like he was washing his hands of her. I thought maybe I had just imagined it.

The court is in indefinite recess so JB can do a deposition of a state witness which state is calling for their rebuttal. Media seems to think it should only take an hour or two (recess started at around 9:15 Florida time) but there is no word yet when court will resume.

Thank you! I will keep my little trial window open while I'm doing other stuff, just in case. Don't want to miss the last days of testimony!

WOW. I haven't read it. I don't think I am going to. That just seems to personal to me and I would feel like I was watching somebody in the shower or something.
Not that you shouldn't have read it....I just don't think I can. But I might.

As i see it that note clears George of any wrongdoing!

Yes, IMO, too much baggage.

Yes, and one day she wore a watch on her ankle to pretend it was an ankle monitor to confuse the press, and after ICA was put back in jail, she put money in her commissary and sent her cards.....way too much baggage - a little Stockholm syndrome or Lennie wanting her to keep in touch in case he could see somethin' somewhere in the media future....

One more reason to hope for the DP. Otherwise...

Lucky women in General Population will be getting the ICA's new style tips on how to make your prison garb look fashionably cool. She will put on hot body contests, and have her gang of shot glass girls. Ugh!

Remember when Martha Stewart came out of prison wearing a Vest made by another inmate?
