If this person needed help walking, how do we know Magnotta didn't drug him and perhaps that drugging led to his death?

Did he walk in normally, but then needed help the next day? He may be fine but didn't come forward because he has a wife who doesn't know he's having gay affairs.
Is there any evidence that JL was drugged by LM? Or has that information not been released yet? The defence seem to be trying to show that JL was into bondage, so if LM was able to tie him up with his consent then there would be no need to drug him, he could have just tied him up and then killed him.

Well, in prison - given the charges against him and his NCR claim, there is no way of NOT taking the (probably heavy and diverse) range of medications prescribed for him. He simply has to, if his claims are to convince anyone at all. Several medications against schizophrenia and almost all antipsychotic ones have considerable weight gain as a very common side effect. That fact is easy to Google, and he will surely have done that as soon as he even got a prescription.

Given his extreme narcissism and desire to appear as attractive as at all possible in the years prior to this, no way has he ever followed any prescription plans given to him, be it court ordered or otherwise. He would gain weight. End of income as a prostitute, end of new endless selfies, end of his self-invented stardom. Not an option!
He has effectively not only committed a brutal crime, he has also effectively killed off any chance of ever having the build and looks again he used to love so much.

Probably the worst punishment in his eyes. :laughing:

Neither Hubert Chretien nor Logan Valentini knew Magnotta but they were called to testify because the packages he sent to Vancouver schools in May 2012 contained body parts of his victim, Jun Lin.

Valentini, whose sister Karla Homolka was sentenced to 12 years in prison for manslaughter in a high-profile murder case involving herself and Paul Bernardo in the 1990s, told jurors she didn't mail any such box to False Creek Elementary."

As I understand that site, the inmates have a 3rd party set up an account for them or they mail in an application so no, they don't have internet privileges themselves. It costs around $50 I think to have their profiles posted. So he still has at least one "friend" that would have helped him with the account and the pictures, or maybe his lawyer... I bet he will get lots of letters, he apparently already gets lots of "fan" mail.
