45 Day Countdown - The Update.

I hope everyone is doing well. Aside from the Baez hire, (which is really only a move made to build pressure against Aruba LE, and to force them to hasten their progress, which will lead to mistakes) what else do we have as the top three new developments?

Unlike the members here, Baez is no genius. He had three years to build a fantastic lie. He was working with a Wizard of the Lye, who has a black belt in deceit. Together , they created her masterpiece... three years... this is way too long of a period of time permitted to lapes between crime and punishment.

For example, a key witness like George Anthony. Remember those Wheaties commericals? Well, George Anthony would be the perfect person to be eating a bowl of "I Can't Remember-o's" because, he just forgot everything, apparently.

The 45 days refers to the number of days (approx) Aruba can keep GG under this most recent stay.

RG and GG were supposedly snorkeling at Rocky Point, which is BETWEEN Baby Beach and Roger's Beach. It is a place where no one snorkels because there are many better places, like inside the cove at Baby Beach or a completely different location known as Mangel Alto.

It is also a fact that they were at the spot 2 times in 2 days. From the Marriott where they were staying, this is a a minimum of 1/2 drive usually as long as 45 minutes. And the Marriott is a handsome complex whereas the so-called Nanki Country Club is actually the run down/falling down former Esso Club from back in the days of Esso owning the refinery there. No "regular" tourist, especially first time visitors, go to Baby Beach area 2 times in one visit. Just doesn't happen.

Finally, if you watch that video I posted earlier in this thread, you'll see, the snorkeling conditions. I live in Aruba and I don't/wouldn't snorkel there. Why would a tourist go?

Thank you for clearing this up, the exact area they were supposedly snorkeling has been an ongoing question in my mind. And it has never made sense to me that they would leave that adult exclusive resort with it's own private island with beautiful, safe waters to go to an area like what you described, on two consecutive days. It just makes me sick to know that monster planned this horrific unthinkable act from the beginning and has done what he's done.

Yeah, it's a shame the CA trial went to his head and made Baez think he's such a star. I feel for all you guys in Aruba, hope for your sake he's not there long.

He really has no power there, just ignore him, which I'm sure you do. He is only there to foster his own image and is not qualified as a forensic specialist. LE in Aruba would neither be intimidated or rattled by JB's appearance there. He has a big ego to feed.

Don't you think it is also strange that someone would put towels down to lie down because from what I can remember of that strip, even though it looks sandy, it's rocky underneath and certainly not where you would want to sunbath. Plus this is your winter down there even though your temps are pretty much the same year round the sun is up north and at 4 to 5-ish you will not get a tan so that part makes no sense since the sun set at 7:02 on August 2nd. Now not to say RG might have wanted to enjoy the last rays of the sun but I just don't see any logic to what GG was saying.

Another interesting thing I noticed is that he had a 4x vehicle. Most people just rent a normal car unless they plan on exploring the eastern side of the island. A regular car works just fine in the beach areas.

I could see GG getting scratched on the rocks in the water while walking out a little way to establish he had been in the water but I don't think he went far because his suit was not wet. He certainly didn't go deep enough to sit down (and you can bet he would not be sitting on those jagged rocks to be sure) or deep enough to get to his waist. We can see by the video provided to us that it is quite shallow in this area he said they went into. RG had no shoes and I don't see her able to walk though that area without protection on her feet. Why would anyone even try??? In the video she is wearing wedge type sandals. That is not beachwear.

My feelings are he took her to the cliffs to take her picture and pushed her off. I've been told there are drownings every year in Aruba because people do not heed the warnings about swimming in some areas but how many bodies actually come back to shore, do you know?

I've been going to Aruba every year now for about 27 years and love it there. Lots of changes, some not so good, other changes are great but I still believe it is one of the safest islands to go to. The food is excellent, freshest fish you could ever eat, beautiful beaches, beautiful water, cleanest air and the best drinking water. Lots of entertainment. Can't see someone wasting two days at Baby Beach when they are staying at the Marriet. Does not make sense.

It no place i would go swimming.

You as an Aruban, and me as a frequent visitor know that tourists are warned constantly to stay away from dangerous shore lines

They often do not heed the warnings.

In this case, its the second trip in two days that makes me go hmmmmmmm

Back on the case, my pal at the airport says Jose Baez has left the island. Yesterday. So we're celebrating. I mean, you know, just glad this big shot is going away.

If the handwriting on the form is Robyn's then she does not have a handwriting with connecting lines and lifts the pen almost after each letter, so it is possible she did the same when making the "R".

Looking at it this way, both "R"'s are made with the exact same movements.
That still doesn't mean both are made by Robyn (I would assume though someone wanting to forge her signature would have put more effort in making a perfect "R") IMO

In talking with people and reading around the internet, I have come upon people who do not believe a crime happened here at all.
They seem to believe the Aruban police are forcing this issue based on the bad experience they had with the NH case
They feel there is no evidence to support a murder charge


I have gone back and forth in my thoughts about this case based on changing information from the media
I still don't feel that RG drowned accidentally
To be honest, i don't know what happened

But to those who think she drowned and Mr G is innocent and the Aruban police are making a point.....

Gary himself said she took sleeping pills and was drinking
Why would he even suggest swimming?
And why has he told so many lies?
Why lie at customs and say his companion took another flight?
Why did he try to leave the island on a different flight?
Where is the snorkel gear?
And, seriously, why choose that place to go into the water?

Is there ever a reason for an innocent person to lie?
The man is hiding something IMO

He is not a naive kid who can be bullied

The mystery man was seen with Robyn and Giordano at the Rum Reef Bar & Grill just before Giordano claims the pair went swimming and Robyn, caught by a current, never returned, said a source close to the investigation.

Robyn went missing Aug. 2, but the police only recently learned of the suspected accomplice when witnesses provided first-hand descriptions of the mystery man. Their reports triggered an island-wide manhunt involving local police and the FBI.

The ENQUIRER, in an exclusive interview with one of the witnesses, has learned that authorities are looking for a white American with a stocky but muscular build. He&#8217;s about 40, with dark, curly hair and a large tattoo of a heart over a cross on his left arm and another unspecified tattoo on his left hand.

Spotted with Robyn shortly before her disappearance, the tattooed American was wearing new Nike tennis shoes, red and white socks, a light-colored muscle shirt and pricey sunglasses.

The witness told police that Giordano, 50, and Robyn, 35, arrived at the Rum Reef restaurant mid-afternoon and ate. The mystery man arrived sometime later.

Also, according to witnesses, they said Robyn had perfectly done hair and makeup, which says to me that she was finished for the day with whatever tanning, snorkeling, swimming, etc. that she was going to do . She was ready to enjoy the rest of the day and evening doing some sightseeing, maybe photos, maybe she thought they would go out on the town, and obviously, some drinking. I just know that no female goes out to suntan or snorkel after they do all their makeup and hair. Way too much time and work involved, IMO

Your line 1 on pic 2 stops for the "7", but perhaps this blowup will demonstrate to you that your line 1 continues without stopping there, heading in the reverse direction as line 4 and 3. Just follow the line.

Oh ferchrisakes. I mean, what next? Aliens? Right. Little green men were seen lurking behind shrubs near Baby Beach the day RG disappeared. On top of that, a strange saucer like vehicle was seen hovering over the Rum Reef minutes after RG was last seen, and a strange ray was observed beaming something up...

Of course, I'm sure the aliens struck a deal with GG that allowed him to have sex with her a few more times before they took her away to Tralfamador.
