Question??? I've captured this photo from the link I posted above. Please share your thoughts, photo artifact, makeup or bruising? I do not know when or where the photo was taken but to me it appears to be from a night club somewhere.

Just viewed a report run on ABC nightline last night regarding the re-enactment and various reporting on the case.

Of interest was ABC reporting the have learned due to budget cuts certain critical evidence like Robyn's IPAD and blood were only sent for analysis a full month after Gardner disappeared.

I've heard reports of the blood before but it raises it's head again. Of course this is all part of the re-enactment but maybe more evidence will come out. Guess we'll wait and see.

Ohh GG looks $hiftfaced in that new photo of him, looks like drugs to me also. I'm only able to find out it was taken two days before she disappeared.

Here's a link to the nightline report in case someone wishes to view, it's in the first five minuites of the video.

I can't get this video to play. It plays the commercial for Allegra and that's all.

On Sep 9, 2011 ABC made a video report entitled "Aruba Suspect's Ex-Girlfriend Opens Up" which as far as I can tell has now been taken down. I can't find it anywhere, though old links show up here and there on the net. The video was of the woman with the distorted voice and not showing her face on camera, and she stated that she signed beneficiary forms for GG on trips as well and would do so again, etc.

Things that make you go hmmmm....

ps The woman Alexa Miranda that I wrote about in earlier posts as being the common author to the b.s. reports coming from ABC has not been one of authors on the GG articles in over 2 weeks.

I think this was from their first night on the island at some nightclub, perhaps the hotel? I don't really see any bruising, but she sure looks like she's on something, jmo.

That's weird, the link came up when I googled it for ABC's website but as you said it's no longer there. What's up with that?

Maybe they found out this woman was a fake?

All I know is Neesaki is one beautiful Black Schnauzer.....
This woman appears to be an alchohol lover to me and I don't know what happened. We can all guess, but that is it.

Hint: Don't date dudes online and then travel to another country with them

Federal grand jury convening in Maryland today to determine if charges will be brought against him in the United States.

I completely agree, but considering there is 20 lbs. difference and the fact that many women today are obsessed w/ their weight and tend to try to be overly thin to the point of almost emaciated, well, just look at Hollywood.:(

I don't believe she weighed 110 at the time of the MM photos, we have no reason to think she didn't create/manage that account herself. I don't know a woman alive who would give her *true* weight. Heck, I just fudged my weight by 20 lbs on my drivers license renewal. :innocent:

The fake *advertiser censored* probably weigh at least 5-10 lbs. I'd put her more at 120-125lb during the MM photos.

In the photos of her from the back (in the dress) it does not appear to me that there is a notable weight gain. JMO

I can make out the cup knowing it is a cup from the other photos. But I still think he took these photos for another purpose than being worried they might have an accident and that he could get in trouble - JMO.

Maybe he just took the photos incase there was an accident....even a fender bender. A friend of ours where we were staying was backing out at the casino, very slowly, of a parking space and accidently tapped someone's bumper. He got out saw there was no damage and left. Someone saw him leave and reported his marker to police. They called him at the condo the next day and told him to come down to the police station. My husband who had a police badge at the time went with him. Our friend explained there was no damage to his car or the car he tapped but still had to pay $250 in damages. He said he believed if my husband had not had the badge with him he may have paid more. So the pictures may have been worth some money had they gotten into an accident. People are still people no matter where you go. Just saying. There could be many reasons. lol

Charges will be brought in the US. It's very unusual (rare) for a grand jury to refuse a prosecutor's request for an indictment (ham sandwich and all that). The question is, for what? The obvious answers are things like mail fraud (the insurance), possibly a forgery charge of some sort. But my guess is they have more.

It is possible, but I think unlikely at this point, that he will be indicted in the US on homicide charges of some sort (various ways to get there). I think they'll indict him on something they know they can prove now, extradite him when the Aruban authorities are unable to do anything, and then continue to work the case. They can always go for a superceding indictment later to add the bigger charges.

Should be interesting, the next couple of days.

This same thought occurred to me in the middle of the night, that I don't know any woman that gives their true weight either. I think you're probably right. The photo in which she looks kind of heavy is probably due to the blurriness and the dress as well. And of course her, ahem, chest size makes her look larger:innocent:

I guess at the very least we can expect a wrongful death civil suit by her family?
