There's never been any reporting AFAIK of the dogs finding William's scent on the balcony, only that his scent stopped at the kerb. Wouldn't his scent be up on the balcony if he fell from there?

You're assuming that the sniffer dogs went on to the balcony.

It wasn't reported one way or another, whether William's scent went on the balcony. The balcony is not beyond the kerb.

It makes me wonder what type of latch was on the gate and also I feel like even if the Gate was shut, it's easily climbable by a child.

Either way, Jubes investigated a balcony fall, Laidlaw investigated a balcony fall. There seems to be no evidence that such a thing ever happened.
And FACS didn't remove William's sister for being in an 'unsafe' environment, nor order the family to take her to the safety of their own home.

imo

As per many assumptions in our discussions here.

Do you know for a fact that they did not? I'm not assuming either way, but it would be interesting to know if they were.

It would be interesting to know. I'd also like to know if a cadaver dog went through the Foster's vehicle and the FGM's car?

Wouldn't it be great if we could actually ask and get answers to all our questions and assumptions?

But for now we can only make our opinions on what we know from MSM.

It's a reasonable assumption. The dog is not going to be contained to one part of the property, thereby restricting their ability to pick up scent, they'd be given the freedom to go over the whole property IMO.

Jubelin also stated in one of his live shows that Hans Rupp also investigated the balcony theory.

I have found a link for Jubelin investigating a balcony fall, does anyone have a link for Rupp???

I personally don't think that William fell from the balcony.

If you don't think that, may I ask what you think happened?

They would have been led to the balcony, by a scent trail, if Williams scent had been there recently. JMO

I don't recall reading any links about it, all I can say is that during the live show (which I attended) there was some conversation around William possibly falling from the balcony and GJ said he'd investigated that theory, as had the investigator before him. So for accuracy he didn't say Hans Rupp but it's a safe to say that's who he meant.

One thing that puzzles me. Considering that the sniffer dogs didn't detected William's scent outside the front of the property, why did GJ have a theory that PS's wife may have accidentally hit William with her car?
