The only thing that's a bit confusing with FA. IMO

If he dropped RP off for dialysis at the hospital - thereby having his car - giving him a means to drive to Kendall.

Why did RP say he later picked up FA and a child behind a shed? and drove them 300km north? IMO

Wouldn't FA have needed to come back to the hospital to pick up RP? IMO

Does that mean there was another person involved who passed WT onto FA?

I am just trying to get a sense of the opportunity (seems FA has that and a tie to the house through GO)and tying it in to RP's confession and how he left hospital that day? in his own car? driven by who?? MOO

Since FA had no driver license (afaik), perhaps RP was used to tell the untruth about, who was when driving his own car. In any case, they were a very well-coordinated team, it seems.

The female caregiver returned from her clandestine drive, only to realize she had something incriminating with her, you know, like Wm's shoes, so she sped away in a second direction to discard them, as witnessed by the truck driver. MOO Bye, bye, Little Shoes. Into the sewer....

I should have said it in the reverse. The female caregiver IIRC described pulling over and leaning out because she was searching/calling for Wm when the truck driver passed her.

Is there evidence that someone had a car there that morning for the pink slip inspection?
I can't think why there is the interest in who used Tony Brown's services, or had an association with him.

Both Kendall and Wauchope showgrounds have caretakers, however this cannot berelied on as active security of the site. The showgrounds have taken measures to increase security and reduce vandalism by closing their publicly visible entranceswhilst the showground is minimally supervised to ensure that there is no continuous thoroughfare. Both showgrounds have alternate entries through suburban sidestreets. The presence available at the showgrounds may deter vandal acts and water theft.

Like a “reverse sting operation” ??? to try and elicit some sort of ”brag” from the real offender… ???

Starting with the Police releasing that statement about not believing the FM‘s recollection of the 2 cars??? (If they were actually involved in the disappearance of William ??? )

The “strategy” could have had a two fold effect, in that the Police were seen to be fully investigating the Fosters, in full view of the public …

Honestly, sometimes it’s very difficult to believe the Police, with media campaigns and strategies …. And what we learn to be the truth afterwards…
Why did they “pull” the 7 Doco on Abbott from air if they were truely focussed on FM?? It would have assisted them having the public focus elsewhere…. while they quietly continued to investigate FM …

And we also have to remember Police are human, and do make mistakes …. But if they can prove their theory with some evidence I will also believe that … But so far, there is no evidence of anything ….

I’ve often wondered this same thing SLouTh - as you say, who knows what ‘strategies’ they employ!

- except for the fact that Police have pursued Court charges against FPs - first re their responses to crime commission & they also apparently had enough suspicion of FPs to bug the house & to pick up apparent abuse of foster daughter - for which they’ve followed through with filing charges against.

It would sit much more comfortably with me, and I’m sure with many others, for FA (or any of the other questionable characters that inhabited the Kendal area) to be found responsible for William’s disappearance - as opposed to any involvement on the part of any of his ‘family’ members.

However, it’s evidence that counts. I wonder when we’ll hear of anything concrete, because this little boy deserves the truth.
