The man picked Monday indicated he had no knowledge of the case and wouldn't let what he's heard about the #MeToo movement influence his ability to be impartial.
Re above article - they only seated one jury yesterday? Is that what it says? At least that's the way I read that article!
So - jury selection continues today?
On Tuesday, Bill Cosby's defense team accused prosecutors of trying to keep older white men off the jury for his sexual assault retrial. On Wednesday, they switched gears and claimed the district attorney was purposely striking black women from the panel.
The accusation led to a tense argument in the Pennsylvania courtroom before the judge adjourned to discuss the matter, but he indicated he was unlikely to side with Cosby's lawyers.
A jury has been selected in the retrial of Bill Cosby, who faces three counts of aggravated indecent assault.
The 12-person jury consists of seven men and five women. Six of the men are white and one is African American. Four of the women are white and one is African American.
The six alternates consist of four men and two women.

I have a feeling that they had better get a lot of alternate jurors in this case. Something is bound to happen to cause one or more of them to be excused from the case.
