I kept the link open for more than an hour before anything started but I noticed that 6 others were also waiting so I knew it was an active link.

One of AB's uncles posted on the Justice for AIB fb page at 7AM that the victim's advocate notified them that the 1050 filing by Owen's lawyer would most likely affect the preliminary hearing scheduled for both brothers scheduled for 11/18/20 at 7:30 AM. Since there have been no more updates posted to AB's fb, I believe the preliminary hearing for both was continued.

The jail site has updated for the next hearing - probably the preliminary hearing that was supposed to be on 11/18

Gary has BOTH a felony settlement conference (filed 2/14/19) and an arraignment (filed 3/15/21) posted on the court calendar.

Both hearings are scheduled for the same date/time but the arraignment filing date is more recent -- 3/15/21.

Also, the Arraignment is also under a different case number....
