We have MN Vikings season tickets. The seats to the right of our seats are season ticket holders, but not on the left side. We've never had any problems with the visiting team fans sitting next to us. We've actually really enjoyed meeting most of them. However, we usually see a few rowdy and drunk fans at each game. It's not unusual to see a fan being escorted out of the game. I hope nobody drugged IP and I hope he's found safe and sound.
Vikings fan too, brutal loss last night.
Even after the Giants/Dodgers incident here in Los Angeles, I have to say most fans seem to get along at these events. However there is always that small group that acts up. Interestingly enough I've had more confrontations over sports at my local bar than at a professional sports game. I think for the most part the ability to track seats/ticket holders helps.
Also, IMHO he didn't not appear to be drunk in the walking video. Most people walk funny after 3 hours of sitting in those tiny little hard plastic seats.
He looked distracted to me. I have to agree with previous comments about how if his phone was dying, why was he casually browsing on it, or using it to video call (which uses a lot of battery power)?
With the amount of businesses nearby social and professional, I'm surprised there isn't more video of him leaving the stadium area, especially if he did walk down to the water.
If this is his body in the marina, then how, why, when? Are there cameras along the potential route he took?
Feels like something is missing here. Tragic for everyone involved.
