"Per EMS report, they arrived on scene to find bystanders performing CPR in the back of a van. Bystanders state they were returning home from work when the decedent began to complain of SOB. Limited information due to language barrier. He was transported to the hospital where he died on 10/2/23"

yea its unnerving. so being familiar with this area, it sounds like he may have been an agricultural worker and it is still pretty hot in late Sept in this area. Usually agricultural workers are transported by van with a labor contractor. He is probably from Mexico. I hope someone can get word to his family

Poor guy. Probably came to the USA to hopefully make some cash and wasn't able to/didnt access healthcare in time for whatever chronic illness was making him cachexic and jaundiced. thank you to his working buddies for trying to give him CPR
