Just MOO as well. She went into panic mode - to the point of committing a heinous murder of an innocent child - just to keep from having her abuse of him exposed and known. Now that not only that abuse, but the fact that she's an actual murderer, has been exposed for all to see, especially AS and BM, especially her own daughter and sister, I can't imagine the mental and emotional hurricane going on inside her head right now. Cognitive dissonance doesn't even being to describe it. How could someone like her bear the reality of having to sit in a courtroom with everyone there to see her for who she really is? After years of deceit and successful deception? I suspect she's quite suicidal.
@LightandReason You are so right! The trial will open up TS's rabid can of worms. The DA will paint her the darkest shade of black. Oh well, its her choice and she has options.

I don't know. All I see is the second document states
"Notification of the Right to Sue was received from the U.S. Department of Justice
on or about January 22, 2016."

I doubt the attorney just took TS's word for that.

The 3rd document says "settled" but maybe that doesn't mean "settlement" in the usual sense?
Maybe there's an attorney among us who could help? Maybe you are one?

JMO

I’m not an attorney.

This is my understanding and it my be completely wrong (full disclaimer). If the EEOC did not find evidence of discrimination during their investigation, they provide you a right to sue in court, basically take it further if you wish because we are done with this case. Again, I may be wrong.

AND she paid 119 dollars and change to fill it back up with gas, according to the receipt, so i don't see how the receipt could be wrong about the mileage. Some people on other sites are saying its a mistake, that it's supposed to be 95 miles instead of 955, but based on the car, in order to empty the tank she would have had to at least drive 300 or maybe a little more miles.

Unless she is the dumbest person ever (she might be) and paid 119 dollars for gas she didn't use. Or the receipt is just totally wrong.

And from what we possibly know, she also rented the car that morning, IN HOURS in advance of what she would have needed to in order to pick up AS. Why get there so early and have to wait around at the airport? Except I don’t believe she waited around. She has unaccounted for hours alone in that rental car.

The yonger child was not home from school until 3.15pm.
TS arrived back at 2.19pm, almost an hour to spare suggesting she had more than enough time to do whatever she did.
She did not have to act in haste.

I’m curious. Has anyone ever been at a rest stop (as an example) & seen a prisoner transport being escorted in/out of the bathroom?

I have never seen this in all my travels. I’m happy about that I guess. lol

I have seen it once before & when they did it, they cleared the entire building and made everyone else wait on the other side of the parking lot.

I think it's possible but it would have left traces, body parts and traces on whatever weapon she used.
It won't help finding his location though.
He was weak.
Her bare hands could have snuffed his life out in no time. Killing is too easy.
WHERE IS HE?
@kittythehare Well it sure appears that TS is carrying a soft rifle case to me. And, AS would know if the rifle was used and/or missing. Will videos show her bringing it back?
Any chance it was hunting season in CO at the time? If so, a gun shot would not cause alarm if heard near state game lands.

If Castle Rock is basically an outlet mall, my sense is that outlet malls probably tend to have a lot of relatively lightly supervised dumpsters … and they're probably pretty yucky and smelly anyway, given the typical mix of retail and restaurant traffic …

Remember the Hacking case 16 years ago? LE was able to retrieve her body in a landfill 3 months after her husband killed her. And that was in the summer.

Utah man sentenced for killing his wife last year

Hopefully if Gannon is in a landfill, he can still be found, too.

TS said the wood and the sock must have flew out the back of the truck. I’m assuming that these items must have been found very close to the side of a road, possibly in a ditch if they “flew out of the truck”. If she was just chucking evidence of a murder out of the car she was rushed, frenzied as well as lazy and stupid. Just like the wood and sock I don’t think she hid him well initially because of her frenzy. She looked flustered when she returned home alone. It seemed like she still had more work to do and little time. She was planning her next moves and I think that’s where the rental car comes in to move him to another location maybe a dumpster as somebody suggested or thrown down a ravine. LE knows a ton from her frenzied actions and mistakes and they will hopefully recover him soon so COD can be confirmed.
They were found in a wooded area acc to her Crimeonline story. Not on the side of the road. She had an hour to spare before she needed to get home. Her awkward reversing on return could be as a result of the heinous crime she had just accomplished as opposed to any hurry or rushed actions she had undertaken.
If she was careless, they would have found him by now.

That is Tuesday, we're just trying to get through Monday's possibilities first.

Good Morning. In fact who would buy a new bike for their spouse that wants a divorce?

I'm not sure we had confirmation that their marriage was on the rocks before GS went missing, but I thought if she did buy AS the expensive bike, it was to make herself look good. Narcissists always want to people to think they're wonderful. Being a gift giver is one way of being in control. They can just as easily remove love/affection to control but that's usually done behind closed doors. Having grown up with a narcissistic father, I know that whatever he did it was for and about him and not us.

IMO When a reward is offered, it can bring out the crazies that make stuff up, in hopes of cashing in. This means a lot of extra work for LE, trying to shift through the BS. But, perhaps this is such a crazy case, that there is someone out there that just doesn't want to get involved, but has information. This would be true, especially if the info they have could have expedited the process of an arrest or of finding GS. What are your thoughts on an award being offered?

Just to the airport and back exceeded 95 miles.

I have considered it and I agree it could well have been a guncase, but the only advantage would be if she asked him to move close to a height and shot him off it..

Why in the world would she dump a body in a dumpster familiar to her where it could lead back to her?

IMO, she’s not a mastermind but this scenario seems way too risky for her even. Certainly not all but many dumpsters are in business areas & under surveillance (not all). This possibility is lower on my list. Even just dumping a suitcase with a body. IMO, a suitcase will stand out more than a decomposing body in many instances.

Although at one point I did consider her using her husband’s Army footlocker but he would recognize it gone, then I’m back at the risk.

Every little clue she has dropped is starting to come together. I’m just stuck on why she insisted Gannon was alive. I don’t know her religious beliefs but could she think of she left him with God his soul is still alive or he will come back reincarnated or born again?
