Wouldn't surprise me if he is the most qualified person of anyone in that courtroom today. ( i.e.. Quals in a specialist field)

Metzner examined JH in April 2013 and his final report was 128 pages long

King not happy with something - talking to judge now . Bet it's cause Metz was gonna say that defendants u'standing of morality is a key issue too not just whether JH knew what was legally wrong . ( Metz was cut off. )

Don't get why that objection is sustained. Heavy - going explanation.

Metzner did the competency exam on JH of if he knew right/wrong. He looks for lack of capacity @ time & had capacity

He first got discovery in the case. DVD 1/3 filled with 55k pages of discovery. 250 CD/DVD’s large part were videos

Important b/c they saw him at time closer to July 2012
Dr says he met with JH in August 2013

Judge corrects him to say 2012

Dr spent over 100 hours preparing for JH interview. He saw JH 5x

Well now we know why it took so long for the prosecution/court appointed psychiatrists to evaluate JH. Defence was busy getting their psych doctors to do theirs first...this barred any accesses until that legal issue was resolved!!

An AHAA Moment for me...Now I understand why Metzner April after massacre then Reid being called in a year later...

Agree. His voice isn't as smooth as Reid's and we already know he wasn't as thorough.

Brady and King seem to be paying close attention to everything M has been saying. It's great that M has interviewed the parents.
M saying how imp the JH notebook was to his overall "investigation"
Interviewed JH 4 times, 25 hrs.

The court hired Reid because Metzner wasn't thorough. This came out in the court hearings.
