Metzner talks about voice recognition software, Pros. says how do you know you’re getting all the notes w/o video

M:I didn't cut any corners, but completed in relation to the court deadlines.
M: No it's not his practice to videotape a sanity evaluation- he'd rather use voice software/dictation. U can't get video recording equip easily in jails so it has never been a part of his practice. ( Impractical and doubles the $ cost.) He wasn't going to use unfamiliar technology as consequently not certain getting quality results.

His method seems very complex and he would appear somewhat distant to JH..long time lapses between questions and answers...spending more time looking at his computer than even looking at JH.. I prefer Dr. Reid's method :loveyou:

Yikes was trying to respond..my putter lost connection..reboot takes forevers...

Anyway..maybe someone has already answered..and I certainly don't know the details. Maybe the details are under seal..unless someone who followed this in more detail knows them. All I know is after getting his report, the Judge found some gaps of some sort, and lack of details as to the whys and wherefores to base his decisions or something along that line. I always thought his report was deemed Incomplete..not Incompetent..??

That's what I was thinking too. Can anyone explain? Zoey's retweets seem to say it's just cause it was not videotaped. The tapes are great for us, jury & the Pros, but I can appreciate all these psych have different methods of recording their evals.
