I am REALLY curious if the man's service revolver was stolen from the patrol car!

I believe this shooting at officer's vehicle and home by 2 men happened about 4:00am.
Then the 4th victim was shot @4:51am.

Won't say if anything was stolen from patrol car??
If he had gun in home wouldn't he have fired back??

Now police say "THIS IS PEESONAL" referencing Seminole shootings and that it may be 2 people.

TAMPA — The last time Tina Felton saw her brother Ronnie was Wednesday.

He was on his bicycle, as usual.

"I was driving and pulled over," said Tina Felton, 65. "I told him, ‘You know all the mess going on in these areas. I want you to be careful.’?"
Once again, she gave her brother her phone number, because he kept losing his mobile phone.

"I said, ‘You be careful to keep an eye out for what is going around,’?" she said. "We don’t want to have a funeral like these other families." He said, ‘Ain’t gonna be me. If anything happens to me, I love ya.’?"

Linda Daniels, a cousin of Ronnie Felton’s, said, "He was the sweetest person, never any problems."

Tina Felton said her brother was one of about 21 or 22 children of James Felton.

"My daddy was one of them rolling stones," she said. "I am the oldest and took care of the whole clan."

The twins, she said, were inseparable and used their similarities to play tricks on teachers and girlfriends alike.
"If Reggie didn’t like his teacher, he’d switch with Ronnie," Tina Felton said. "They’d use each other’s names. They’d do the same thing with their girlfriends. If Ronnie didn’t like his girlfriend, he’s switch with Reggie."

The two were together all the time until recently, Tina Felton said. Then Reggie got married.

"When Ronnie got in trouble it was not even a week before Reggie got in trouble," she said. "When Reggie got into trouble, it was not long until Ronnie got into trouble."

It's been more than a month since the last shooting death. Neighbors say Tuesday's killing shattered the illusion that the killer was no longer interested in the area

"He is trying to send a message that he is smarter than we are," said Cynthia Few. "I just think that he is deranged."Similarities in the shooting deaths are becoming clearer to everyone. The killer strikes at night or early in the morning and seems to target people who are alone and possibly distracted.

Police told neighbors to watch the streets closely, continue to come outside, and to keep the lights on.

HLN network has been covering this off and on...most of the day. They have FBI men with guns walking all over the neighborhood and knocking on doors.....hopefully they will find this killer. They seem determined.....they are saying not one more family will be told that their loved one has been killed....they will catch this guy.

This is a scary statement IMO! It will encourage the killer to prove they are wrong, so he will be determined to kill again.

Of course, perhaps LE and the FBI have a plan set up where they believe they can catch him if he goes out to attempt to kill again. I doubt it or it would already be in place. It never hurts to be positive.

"I've been watching the serial killer news and watching, listening, praying -- and for that to happen to my brother, to be shot four times at close range, that's hard," Linda Cunningham said.

Search for the killer


Police and FBI agents searched the neighborhood for the suspect, but made no arrests.

"It is all in the probably 10-block, 15-block area," Mayor Bob Buckhorn told CNN sister network HLN. "And so we're just going to do our good police work and hopefully get a break."

A witness provided a description of the suspect, police Chief Brian Dugan said. "When I spoke to her, she said if our officer had been five seconds earlier, he would have been able to stop it," he said.

Dugan said on Tuesday afternoon that this latest killing was a little "bolder" than the previous ones, as it took place on a major street that was well-lit. Police searched yards, sheds and crawl spaces, but did not find the suspect, leaving police in a bit of a "stalemate," Dugan said

The shoes in the first video looked like some type of slippers almost ? very thin soled. jmo

This latest killing makes it look like he's going after random targets. What is his motive ? How is he evading capture. WHO is hiding him ? Scary situation.
