TY for posting!
I hadn't thought about (f) before this document.
Totally fits with the circumstances surrounding this case.

Prosecutors have filed a notice that they will seek the death penalty for a plastic surgeon who was indicted Thursday on a first-degree murder charge in the death of a missing Largo attorney.

According to police, Cozzi's body has yet to be found.

While Cozzi’s body has not been found as of this report, the prosecution said it believes the murder was “especially heinous, atrocious, or cruel.”

Police ask anyone with information on Cozzi’s location to contact Detective Bolton with the Largo Police Department’s Investigations Division at 727-587-6730.

Tampa Bay Times
Kosowski’s defense attorney, Bjorn Brunvand, said the death penalty is a “draconian” punishment and said the case remains in its early stages.
“It’s important to keep in mind that I’ve filed a not guilty plea on behalf of my client,” he said.

Many cases are often resolved prior to trial by a plea agreement in which the charges are reduced or a term of imprisonment is recommended by the prosecution instead of the death penalty.

The state maintains that the plastic surgeon killed lawyer Steven Cozzi for pecuniary gain, that the crime was “especially heinous, atrocious, or cruel,” and that the homicide “was committed in a cold, calculated, and premeditated manner without any pretense of moral or legal justification.”

“He never came across as emotional one way or another,” Pillsbury said of Kosowski. “The way that he was on that call was pretty standard for him.”
Thank you for sharing this. What an emotional video. This was such a brutal, senseless crime. Cannot even imagine what Steven went through.
