Every time I typed Vorst,forest would come up.Not good internet here and only 2 local channels.
I am tired and another trip in 2 weeks,sometimes I just want to stay home and watch tv.

A terror suspect shot dead during a raid in Brussels on Tuesday has been identified as an Algerian national, Mohammed Belkaid, officials say.

According to the prosecutors' spokesman, an IS flag was recovered from the apartment raided on Tuesday, along with Salafist literature and ammunition.

The spokesman said Belkaid was born in 1980.

Sky news states that Brussels France Germany Belgium. Are on highest security level. Meaning there's likely to be an attack. And asking the public to be alert.

"We can confirm that fingerprints of Salah Abdeslam were found in the apartment in (the Brussels district of) Vorst," said Eric Van Der Sypt, spokesman for Belgian federal prosecutors.

He declined to provide further details "in the interest of the investigation".

Other media outlets reported that Abdeslam's DNA had also been found in the flat.

Meanwhile, RTBF said that "according to our information, it is more than likely that he (Abdeslam) is one of the two individuals who escaped during the shootout".

Since fingerprints and DNA cannot be dated with accuracy, this remains pure speculation.
IMHO the more DNA and fingerprints, the bigger the chance that these are recent.

No doubt we will here about this.

This is an exclusive information RTBF. Mohamed Belkaïd, the Algerian killed in Vorst on Tuesday is one of the accomplices of Salah Abdeslam. He used the false name of Samir Bouzid. He is one of the logistic coordinators of the attacks in Paris.

His presence in the hideout in Vorst is an important discovery. Was Salah Abdeslam there with him? His fingerprints found on site may suggest this

Mohamed Belkaïd is directly involved in the attacks of 13 November. In the name of Samir Bouzid a transfer of € 750 was made on November 17, 2015, to Hasna Ait Boulahcen, the cousin of Abdelhamid Abaaoud from a Brussels agency of Western Union.

Samir Bouzid was actively sought since last November. A 'wanted' notice had been issued against him on December 4, 2015. On the CCTV images, taken at a local Western Union, he is accompanied by another man, who also uses a false name. A certain Soufiane Kayal, of whom we do not yet know the true identity.

It's Salah Abdeslam himself who travelled to Hungary to get the two men. They were checked, all three, on September 9 2015 on an Austrian highway.

SALAH ABDESLAM TRANSPORTED TO HOSPITAL. WAS HIT IN THE LEG BY ONE BULLET

There is confirmation that two people were injured in the action. One of them would be Abdeslam Salah, says the chief of police West. Both were wounded in the leg.

On French tv it is now mentioned that the man who is caught alive claims to be Abdeslam and looks like Abdeslam. What is missing, is the official confirmation that it is indeed him.
