My only guess is that the composite looked like the JD already. It's really odd that they did that.

I think this is the NamUs page for this UID. The date of recovery is listed as December 31, 1995, but the ME/C Case Number is the same as the one listed on his Doe Network page.

Now both his NamUs and Doe Network links have date of discovery as March 23, 1995. GBI still has March 23, 1997.

Surely there is something to be found about his suspected killer. This is a strange case.
