It may sound cozy, but the houses in that neighborhood are on very private, large pieces of property and are not small at all. You can see how wooded it is if you look at the address on google maps, and it is also obvious how large the house is. There could be an entire finished basement where Andrea and the kids are living.

That is much more to Andrea's personality than some condo.

Definitely the right address! I just saw a friend who lives in that subdivision at carpool and said, "I see you have a notorious neighbor!" She just laughed and said, "I guess I do."

I asked if she had seen Andrea, and she said yes, that Andrea walks the kids to and from the bus stop. So I guess they are in the public school, which is less than a mile away.

One thing that is good for the defense but bad for their change of venue motion: my friend said, "I don't know the whole story but it sounds like she may have been involved." So the idea that everyone has been poisoned by the media is not true.
 
When is her trial date? Thought I wrote it down but apparently didn't. TIA

WOW this Dell guy must be a real idiot, picking her kids up?? I would be afraid of doing this, LOL, since her husband was gunned down DROPPING them off. If Dell pisses her off, his life may be in danger as well.

Don't understand how ANY man would want to be w/ such a controlling & manipulative woman. She's evil, among other things.

They even spoke about this in court during the bond hearing that she wanted the kids to live in Johns Creek instead of where Andrea and Rusty previously lived because the schools were better (I remember that in court specifically because I too live in Johns Creek because their schools are excellent). I now have looked at the actual court order online and it says they must reside with her parents, but does not specifically state Johns Creek. I was theorizing that because of the discussions in court said Johns Creek, and since the order allowing her only fifteen minutes to get to religious ceremonies, that reinforced Johns Creek too aas you cannot travel from her parents bouse on the west side of the county line to her religious congregation she is now attending in Johns Creek IMHO.




Agree perhaps investment properts, but the timing of second property leads me to believe that it was purchased specifically for Andrea and the children (see above three posts up as to dates of purchase)

Maybe Andrea's legal fee, etc have caused her parents to downsize somewhat. Maybe they bought the 2 TH's, to all live in one and then (her family's wishful thinking, perhaps) there will be one across the street for Andrea when she is found "not guilty". Could be investment property until Andrea is "free". Just thinking of both sides, I have no evidence the above is true.

I dunno her parents financial condition, seems they are pretty well-off. JMO.

Doesn't really seem like downsizing. They still own a house in Roswell that is currently listed for $459,000. The new Johnscreek house was even more $520,000. The family apparently wanted to move to Alpharetta Johnscreek area because of schools but boy if you look at the two properties, the one in Johnscreek is much more secluded. Not sure about the recent purchases of the two condos, maybe just investments as mentioned or wishful thinking about the future of AS and kids.
 
Yes dragonfly, I was having trouble imagining the family moving to a TOWNHOUSE, as snobby as Andrea is I imagine she would think such a move was not UPWARD. Especially when she apparently still owns her and Rusty's home in Dunwoody (IIRC). So possibly just investment properties. They still own the vacation home, right? Do her parents have one vacation home and Andrea (&Rusty) own a different one? TIA anyone who knows.

Well, I suppose she could always step forward and EXPLAIN how she came to be SO deeply involved with Dell in such an extremely short time (especially since she denies being involved with him until after his divorce, which post-dates her husband's death). I'll bet his (recently pregnant) wife could add a lot of clarification to that for us! Uh, ex-wife, that is. :what:

It seems her attorney just dropped a bit of :what: information in that motion:

The defense brief clarifies the relationship between Mrs. Sneiderman and Dell. It says "Mrs. Sneiderman denies having engaged in sexual acts with Mr. Dell prior to his divorce and admits that Mr. Dell told her he loved her while she was incarcerated."

Yes, they were careful to add that little tidbit.

You see, Georgia is one of a few states who still have an "at fault" divorce. Although adultery is nearly impossible to prove, an admission by the ones doing it is one way to prove it.

Mrs. Dell could have really used it against him, especially in the child custody/support hearings.

Either way you look at it, sex before divorce or after, the man has to be so >>snipped<< that his exwife must be relieved to be shucked free of him. :floorlaugh:

Lets hope he has eyes in the back of his head and keeps them wide open. Of course, he COULD simply be working on a tell-all book to be released after her incarceration. Or maybe, just maybe, he's really undercover. :)

Well those two motions will be denied! I can't believe the moxie of this woman! Since Dell is on the witness list, how can he be allowed to live with AS, as she is not permitted to talk with any witnesses?
