Maybe not, they might have a different person testify about that video ..they i.d'd the truck as being the same truck as mill pond so now they have to tie them to the truck that night..I hope anyway.

Do you mean the witness that they want to recall? I did notice that once he was finished, the prosecution didn't ask the judge to excuse him (I think that is the term) like she had for the other witnesses.
