Okay... for Jasmine - in my notes:

*Jasmine Nicole Parker (34/now 36) – 10/8/19: Plead guilty. According to the plea agreement, Parker also will serve four years in prison for being a habitual offender, based on felony convictions in 2018 for unlawful possession of a syringe in Jasper County & in 2004 for burglary in Tippecanoe County. Earliest release date 1/4/23.

and for Mathis - I have:

*Christopher Channing Mathis (27/now 28) – 9/18/20: Plead guilty & sentenced to time served (912 days). Out of jail. Cooperating with White County on Hanish case.

so do these 2 have November court hearing dates? Just want to keep my notes straight! TIA! :)
There are no more hearings for those 2 people for this case. The article quoted was from 2019, not 2020. We know Mathis got his taken care of but ended up back in jail a week later. We talked about him a few pages back. Jasmine is in prison for this one.

I haven't seen this before... Who the heck is Mickey Hittle? and no wonder Jason Palladino is named a person of interest.

Murder of Nicole Bowen
Newton County Prosecutor files motion to withdraw plea agreement with Ashley Garth
By GREGORY MYERS [email protected] Oct 5, 2020
[snip]
...
According to court documents, the motion was filed because on or around Sept. 11, 2020, Garth violated the terms of her proffer letter by failing to provide truthful testimony.
...
With the plea agreement, Garth signed a proffer letter, which requires the defendant to provide truthful testimony with regard to the murder of Bowen.
...
Kirts pled guilty Sept. 4, 2020, to his role in the murder. When asked about his guilty plea by Judge Daniel Molter, Kirts informed the court that he, Ashley Garth, Chris Mathis, and Mickey Hittle was at the Kentland Trailer Park but left to go south to get more drugs. Kirts said that is when he was told that Bowen had snitched on him and Jason Palladino for cooking meth. He testified that he along with Garth and Palladino decided that Bowen had to die and set it up for her to meet them at the trailer park.

Very interesting. Glad you are on it @FrostedGlass :D

He said they left to go south to get more drugs... Tippecanoe is as far south as I've seen arrests being made unless there are still more associates. I wonder if they are cooking for personal use or cooking for the community.

ETA: Boone County is the southern-most county of arrests that I know of. Mathis was found in Zionsville and Kirts got a Criminal Misdemeanor in Boone in 2006.

My head is spinning....

I wonder if Garth was dishonest about Mickey and Jason (i.e., failed her polygraph) and this is why Kirts spoke up about the motive to kill Bowen?

Mikey isn't too new (at least he has been in my notes for Delphi file) but he is new to Nicole's case.
I have things saved on him in my files when I went down the rabbit hole on him a few years ago.

That would be my guess.
She said it was because of a "love triangle" of sorts.
GK is saying it was because NB snitched.-- which I have always thought, especially with AG's FB posts about "Snitches end up with stiches and end up in ditches"
I wish the whole GK5 group, plus 2 (JC and Mikey) would all end up in prison and LWOP.

It's beginning to explain Beckley keeping quiet and wanting a trial. Seems she's afraid of being labeled a snitch (knows the plea deals all come with a polygraph).

Good Point !!
I am sure anyone involved in that group or even with "business" drug dealings with them are scared to death to come forward.
GK5 have allegedly killed 2 people
Who knows how many others have been threatened or killed that we don't know about.
Very Dangerous group here.

By the time Beckley has her pretrial conference, maybe everyone else will be done ratting on each other and she can just tell the truth.

But I think she's in deep with other associates. One was sentenced late last year to 15 years in prison for armed burglary and all he took was an ASUS laptop. He's in his 50's so I don't think he took it because he thought he thought it was cool.

TIA!

Kirts pled guilty Sept. 4, 2020, for his role in the murder, and is set for sentencing on January 11, 2021 at 10 AM.

(Take note the misc motion you listed under *Garrett Kenneth Kirts on 10/21/20 is for Garth, not Kirts).

Garth was initially set for a sentencing hearing on Oct. 21, but instead, the court will discuss the Drinski’s motion to withdraw the plea agreement.
