GUILTY GA - Hannah Bender, 21, found deceased, Lumpkin County, 14 Sept 2019 *ARRESTS*

Hannah Bender, 21, was reported missing on Sept. 14. She has not been seen since Sept. 14.

Agents with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and Lumpkin County Sheriff’s deputies searched an area between Lumpkin and Dawson counties Saturday. They located bloody clothing and other items believed to belong to the missing woman.

Now, what began as a missing person search may have just become a murder investigation. Authorities are searching for Austin Todd Stryker after a murder warrant was taken out for his arrest on Saturday.

The sheriff's office confirmed late that evening that the discovery of bloody clothing shortly after Bender was reported missing. Investigators haven't released how the clothing led to a murder warrant for Stryker but haven't said directly that they have found Bender.

Earlier today a murder warrant was obtained by the Lumpkin County Sheriff’s Office for Austin Todd Stryker. The Lumpkin County Sheriffs Office began conducting an investigation when a missing person report was filed by the mother of Hannah Bender. Shortly after receiving the phone call about a missing person, bloody clothing was located. The Lumpkin county sheriffs office joined the Georgia Bureau of Investigations searching for Ms Bender. I am asking if anyone has any information related to this case about Hannah Bender or Austin Todd Stryker, please contact Lead Investigator of Lumpkin County Captain Marcus Sewell at 706-974-6824"

So very sad, praying for her family. Dahlonega is a great area with several excellent wineries, believe it or not. I recently sold my lake house in N Georgia that was only 5 miles from where they located Hannah. Question why he traveled all the way to WV to hideout when he had perfect location in Lumpkin County to disappear- unless he has family in WV?

On Saturday, the Lumpkin County Sheriff’s Office obtained a murder warrant for Austin Todd Stryker, 22, of Dawson County.

Stryker’s wife, Elizabeth Donaldson, was arrested in Dawson County in connection with the case. It is unclear what she has been charged with or when she was arrested,

The Lumpkin County Sheriff's Office said it has two suspects: 22-year-old Austin Stryker and 78-year-old Jerry Harper.

Authorities issued an arrest warrant for Stryker after finding Bender's blood-soaked clothes and talking to witnesses. The sheriff is calling Harper a person of interest.
