I know Mathis is no longer of interest; but just for the record... someone also posted a $1000 cash bond for him on 5/11. He skipped out on his last hearing and now has a warrant out for his arrest.

I'd really like to know who is posting their bonds.

Once they catch up with him and serve the warrant, he'll be on a no bond hold until his next court appearance. They have revoked his bond and are going for habitual offender status.

Beckley's Pulaski Co case is a bit of a mess. 66C01-1810-F4-000013
The warrant they were holding her on in March 9 had been recalled almost a year ago. Is it even legal to hold someone on a rescinded warrant? Maybe they released her and that's why they issued one on Apr 22 and also petitioned to revoke her probation on that date.

The fact-finding hearing is definitely needed.

Session: 06/14/2021 1:30 PM, Judicial Officer: Welker, Mary C
