Side-by-side Linda/UID

Will try again. Sorry it isn't posting correctly. Don't know why but will only post by link.

I guess the other question would be where was linda during the three months she was missing before the UID was found.

I, too, have wondered where she could have been during those months, seems she was taken against her will, could be whoever took her waited until she gave birth and then beat her, I have considered many scenarios, one being that someone kidnapped Linda because she was pregnant, meaning to take the child after being born, or it was the father of the child.... There's just not a lot of information on her case, there's nothing out there stating that she was even married, or had other children, I have researched quite a bit. Haven't found anything, there isn't a record for her name & date of birth, so I am thinking that "House" is a married name, or that she wasn't born in Dallas, Tx, just missing from there. I am at a loss, but, I am thinking I will turn this in to Saline Co.,KS and see what they tell me. I will definitely let you all know what I hear. 8D

Today, I emailed all Investigators involved (on both) Linda Ann & the Jane Doe! I will let everyone know, what & when I receive something from them! I'll give them a week, to respond, if I don't get anything I will follow up with a phone call (and fax).
 Thanks to all of you for allowing me to take part in this site! This has become one of my more enjoyable hobbies, I do not feel morbid or weird here, I feel like I am doing something worthwhile!

madeabecbec: Glad to have you on board.
I just viewed the pictures and I say, it looks like a match to me.
Here's hoping for good news.

I will try to find more info about her as well.

I do understand how intriguing this hobby is, it is why I am here.

Here is the e-mail I received today;
Sorry I did not get back to you sooner. We check Miss House out in 11-08-2002. Through her dental chart she had crowns and silver filling that our victim did not have at the time she was found.

 I so wish there was a way that one of the websites would list all the missing persons that have been ruled out, especially on the Namus site! I noticed that AZ, especially Maricopa ME, does that on both, Namus & their own website.... I would be willing to volunteer to do that, for them, I realize how bogged down they are and would be, if they had to add something extra to do on their reports.... So I'm back to searching for Ms. House & this Jane Doe!
Since Jane Doe was found in 1986, I'm guessing she doesn't have DNA in CODIS, it is however available, according to Doe network...

I will return here.......

Case History
On the afternoon of January 25, 1986, the victim was located in a creek, on the north side of a bridge in the westbound lane of I-70, approximately 14 miles west of the city of Salina, KS. It appears that the woman was beaten and tossed over the bridge into a shallow creek where she died as a result of drowning.

She did not appear to be a homeless person, and seemed to be very well groomed, recent dental work, expensive clothes, fashioned false fingernails. The bra and sweats she was wearing were manufactured in France and were sold only on the East and West coasts in large cities such as New York and California, or from outside the USA.

"Miss Molly" was buried in an unmarked grave in Gypsum Hill Cemetery and remains unidentified. Her killer has not been caught.

I wonder whether there is anyone on the forum who knows anything about TMJ surgery in the 1980s, and whether the facial scars could be typical of a particular combination of procedures to treat TMJ? I've found a photo of the wound from recent TMJ surgery here
http://www.oralmd.com/tmj_new/tmj_new.htm
(scroll down, it is near the end of the page)
and think it very likely that at the very least the scar in front of the ear could have been related to TMJ diagnostic procedures or surgical treatment of TMJ problems.

yeah, I know it is a bit of a tangent, but I'm just trying in any way possible to get my mind around who this woman is.

EDITED TO ADD:

I've just looked at the link to ViCap from doenet.
http://www.iaca.net/ViCAP/Saline_UnidentifiedHomicideVictim.pdf
she has bruxing on many of her teeth, which tends to go along with TMJ problems.

The UID is listed in Namus and has a post mortem picture attached https://identifyus.org/cases/5066

It gives a broader range of her age compared to what the Doe Network lists.. Namus lists 20-35 yrs old while DoeNetwork lists 25-30 yrs old.

Namus does not have a rule out list on this UID...

Who is this girl?

Hmmm. Now I see it especially now it see it enlarged, the cheek scar looks more like an accident or assault scar than a surgery scar. Could possibly be an acne scar but that would be one kickass huge cyst to leave a scar like that, and the rest of her skin seems clear. I wonder what the orginal injury was, and what level of medical care (none, stiches, plastic surgery) she had for it.

I do agree that some of the features are similar, but the height is off though. The UID is listed as being 5'5, where Judith is listed as being 5'10..

I don't think we'll find this match in our databases. the smallpox scar on her thigh was not from the disease but from the vaccination. I think virtually all US vaccinations were done in the arms. She was probably vaccinated overseas, possibly the UK.

Not necessarily webrocket. Most people are vaccinated as children. If the UID was born abroad it's possible she came here as a child and would still have born children here, had family here, had recent dental work here.... Hopefully she'll be among those who get their name back and find their way home.

Is there any possibility Judith's height is off on her missing persons report? I do think there's a strong resemblance, and Judith was from NYC which would explain the clothing that was only sold in large cities. I think their noses are remarkably similar, though the UID's might simply be distorted.

The thing I am most intrigued by is the hairline. They both seem to have a zig-zag along the side center of the hairline. They are reversed, but that could be the photo. Judith's picture is not especially clear, so maybe I'm seeing it wrong...

Bolded by me...

Truman, Judith's sister posts on this site. I can send her a PM and ask her if
her height is correct on her missing person's report. Here is the link to Judith's Thread... http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?t=53404

it's possible only if the jane doe's height was mis-reported. Judy was 5'10" and definitely had her small pox vaccination in the upper arm.

Thanks for alerting me. I keep praying we'll bring Judy home. If you are interested - any of you - feel free to join her facebook page:

Again, thank you. I appreciate it more than you know.

You are welcome! You and your family deserves the answers.

here is someone who was just entered into Namus on 6/20/2011, although there is no picture available. her name is Debbie Lynn Prosser who was 25 y.o. when last seen in May 1984 in Florida. She was 5'6", 116 lbs and most significantly had brown hair and gray eyes.

https://www.findthemissing.org/cases/11306/0/

unfortunately there is no mention of any scarring anywhere on her body, but I have no idea how complete the information from the family was. after all, they could not find a single picture to add to the MP registries?
